Its PPR!!!!!!!!! Wow, I don join oh! Thank you Jesus! You are indeed a faithful God, even in our unfaithfulness!
This whole journey started around September, 2017. Did my first international pp. Started WES registration and didn't continue. Lost the zeal and moved on! In March 2018, I picked interest and decided to start with ielts. Took 2mths to convince hubby( with prayers o). By May we registered for ielts for a July date cos I needed 1whole mth+ to read and get ready! We took the test and got good scores at one sitting!
The journey to and fro IMSU started for ECA, using WES, we missed the waec palaver by 1wk,(God at work). ECA got ready at the end of September.
Profile was created with crs of 444. We expected ITA at the October 3 draw, but God had other plans, and it was cut at 445. We had booked medicals at IOM, Abuja for October 8. We thought of cancelling and rebooking. (Those of you who live in Abuja and Lagos don't know what we go through). We went ahead on a journey of faith, to Abuja not knowing what the next draw would be! On the 15th a Monday draw was held and BOOM, ITA landed!
Everything was ready! 2work reference letters in CIC format. Bank reference letter Gift deed from my mum Deed of sale 2FD certificates. PCC Medical form Passports Affidavit of name change Education documents!
Payment made and AOR received immediately! The wait started, First mail 28days,later an ADR, labelled schedule A, asking for more info on my background for a certain period! ( Didn't know BC had started)! I filled and submitted same day. 3days after MEP &BIL landed. Another travel to Abuja for biometrics, hmmmm, not easy at all!
85 days after AOR Ghost update showed, And after 88days came the golden mail!
May HIS name be praised!
JULY 7th IELTS L8.5,R8.5,S7,W7.5 ECA September 26 CRS 444 ITA October 15, Monday. AOR 0ctober 18 IP2; from AOR, not sure though ADR November 16, Schedule A for background info. MEP & BIL November 19 BIL submitted November 23. Ghost update January 13 PPR January 14!
Thank you Jesus! Receive all praise Oh Lord!
My mail did state we should submit to any visa office, hope that is not a problem. I don't know if anybody has submitted via courier. I would like to seek advice and guidance as the info on their website is not very clear. Thanks |

Greatlady234: Good morning everyone.
I submitted my application on Saturday and paid processing fees...I got debited and got AOR. I just got refunded ,but no message from CIC,elders has this happened before? What could be wrong?
Help!! You will be debited again before the end of today. You will be charged today's dollar equivalent. I had a similar experience, I was debited again within 30mins and was charged about 20k less cos CAD was lesser that day. But you could contact your bank if that will make you comfortable. Hope this helps. |

joo2018: Fair point. That individual should also consider their target professional bodies.
BTW, does anybody know of other professional bodies apart from APEGA that uses WES? I know PEO does it's own evaluation. Yes, if have anything to do with FORAC, you will need, WES! |

[quote author=Expectantbee post=71951592]I’ve just resent it but just incase you don’t see it, I was going to ask you for an IMSU contact if you have one. I know contacts are something people would rather share privately and I understand.
This enquiry is for my sister. Though she used WES. WES has sent the verification mail to IMSU for quite a while now and there’s been no response. Apparently the contact person she had for her transcript is no longer reachable. Do you know how else she can contact IMSU ?Or would you please pm with your contact person’s details if you have one? Since you didn’t get my pm, I on the other hand, receive pm requests all the time. If you don’t mind, kindly try ’pming’ me. Thanks [/quote Pm me |

wurdz: To God be the Glory!!!
Wifey pushed for this journey Sept 2017. Wrote IELTS Oct 1 and passed. We started ECA November. I wrote IELTS Feb 1 and also passed. We decided that I was going to be principal applicant ‘cos I had a masters degree and better IELTS result.
IELTS: 9,9,7.5,7.5 ECA completed: Feb20,2018(entered pool same day) ITA: Feb 21,2018 AOR: Mar29,2018 MEP: Apr 24 (Though it Med processing started Apr9 – we found out Hospital didn’t send in Wifeys result for funny reasons so she was asked to come redo it after about a month) IP1:Apr8 Long wait…. GCMS Notes ordered May xx and received July11 (Everything seemed fine outside the fact that PoF was deemed to be short as they did not factor in funds from RSA) July 11- raised CSE and resent RSA and did a LOE explaining that I have access to 25% as stated in the Pensions Act. July 25 – raised another CSE and sent in updated PoF (this time around without RSA as I wasn’t fully assured bout the use of RSA by IRCC and madam) Another wait………….. 2nd GCMS note ordered Aug 27 and received Sept 27 and NOTHING had changed except that they received my additional documents. Sent a mail Sept 20 to remind them that only 9days left to the 6months deadline
Oct 2, raised CSE that 6months had elapsed
Oct 3 PPR (yay!!!!) Congratulations! |
