This is themost bias analysis I've ever seen. Dowry u said (Bride price, actually) & it's different frm paying her sch fees. Introduction comes b4 payment of bride price & it's after the payment of bride price dat he is seen as d hubby. Dat takes place @ engagement, not at Introduction.
I'm glad u said ur big sis hubby came wt d (dowry) bride price, not her sch fees. Hence i wudda bn disappointed if ur dad collects it. Buh even if he collects the bride price they brought, no big deal.

My sister got married when she was about going for her law school, the husband wanted to pay the fees but my dad refused. My dad paid her fees and everything even though the husband was also very much capable of doing so.

Introduction is not marriage, it doesn't confer the status of a husband to the man. Unless after introduction she starts staying with the man!
