About the junk food..I remember taking Pepsi and boli(roasted plantain) everyday for almost a month and ice cream as dessert

The thing is moderation is key. You can eat normal food in the morning, junks as in between snacks then normal food in the evening. That's what I did and it worked for me.

You can eat often in small quantities if you don't have a big appetite

..hi Sandra ur post really interest me,I av same spirit BT I usually don't see n communicate wit dem. av dis problem wit set back,promise n fail...der was even a time I was isolating myself from pple cos of d fear of being labelled a thief,I just find tins missing anywhere I step my foot.got tired of life n I decided to seek help from d elders...lo n behold more than five of den said same exact words abt me being a river goddess.to cut d long story short I did d necessary tins n nw am happily married, find favour anywhere I go.my sister dis tins are real.
