go to IRCC website , you'll see sign in or create an account . When you're done, you'll you click on the create/start an application. I'm sure you can do the rest after that.

If she doesn't have one continuous year of work experience in NOC A or B, she will be ineligible for EE. You would have to be the PA. I believe that's the only option, except you try other immigration streams into Canada. Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong

I sympathize with you on this. But the fact is your American citizen can't travel to US alone and your visa has been revoked. I advise you go and find out more on the reason for refusal and how long it will take to reapply. If it's 6 months and above , you have to decide maybe your boy can wait that long before having the surgery or not. If not, research specialist hospital in Nigeria or outside Nigeria(apart from America) that can handle the case. You will eventually get your Visa back but you have to calm down , think through the whole thing and do what's best for your ill son. I think the VO are stricter than ever before, probably because of new directives. I wish you best of luck in your decision.

I think the possibility of getting visa lies solely on the discretion of the US embassy. I don't think the hospital can interfere with visa issue other than provide the papers to show he was born there and your bills. But Contact them and hope for the best.

Whether it can be done here or not is irrelevant. If you can afford it have the surgery in the US... You owe it to your child to not compromise on quality, we all know how our hospitals in Nigeria are, even the so called big ones are no better.

thanks 4 responding; he has indeed been seeing doctors here but even they acknowledge that some delicate surgery in a child so young is best safely and successfully done overseas hence her readiness to travel the distance even with the attendant high cost for self pay treatment.

we have same issue. ..my visa was revoked in aigust and my son needs surgery which I want to do in us but i dont know how to go about the interview date since ..I tot about contacting the hospital where he was born in california

What is wrong in doing it Nigeria? Please don't endanger the future the boy. It's better done and correct the issue now. Don't let the boy swear for you in future. Your child's health should be first and not your visa. Am sorry o;the truth might be bitter o.

please I urgently need your advice on this... I got my visa 2016 with my 2 kids for vacation b4 i got pregnant and decided to go have my baby in the us..fast forward august 2018 , i took my other son that doesn't have visa to embassy to get his own visa and my own visa was revoked that I got vacation visa instead I went to give birth and she also requested for itemised bill ..I showed her the one I got from the hospital and my zero balance she rejected it .....my problem now is that my son that is American citizen needs to do a minor surgery on his testes when I took him to the doctor for check up ...I don't want to do the surgery here in nigeria but I don't have visa and I don't know how to go about it ...please what do I do?

while calculating my crs score, i found out that if I say no that my spouse is not coming with me to canada i score 450 but if I say yes it drops to 392 because he doesn't have eca and didn't take ielts either ...he doesn't want to take and he's not planning to relocate with us...he wants to stay here for his business then be visiting every 3 or 4 months....my question will they refuse him visa to be coming for visit since I said he's not coming with us to canada please treat as urgent
