Maybe you should do the opposite of what the doctors tells you. Instead of putting your mind while at it while doing it, try abstinence for a long while and see if your adrenaline will start rushing.

Are you married?
Maybe that's why you ain't feeling nothing including your mouth action and pump action..since you have tried all but to no avail, try going down on your knees and praying for forgiveness and HEALING. Get married and then come and give your testimony here again. We shall be waiting.
