oraclefemi: Anyone going to centennial college pm me so we can hook up. Got my trv yesterday after I stormed the embassy. If you've applied for months and got no reply please head to the embassy they will give you correct info. I used an agent and after medics since July I didn't hear anything. When I got to the embassy yesterday after filling the forms a lady called me to ask if I've paid tuition,tuitions that's I've paid since April! I said yes and she asked if I had the receipt thankfully I came prepared so I was told to submit it which I did ....my agent came later in the day and was given my trv . Don't dull ...if you haven't heard anything there is something holding your app back.

Bikonu, i was filling out the application form for the study permit and got stuck on the column for regional code with numbers ranging from 01 - 12 and then 64, all of them representing the regions in Canada. I have seaarched all i can to no avail. Ejooor, sanu, bikoo, mbok, please, s'il vous plait, dooo, bitte .... Anyone who has gone through this stage please help me out.

Onye oma: My man, Itiboribo said that her uncle submitted an SOA with a balance of abt #20m without any proof of source of income like (company documents, employment letter etc)...and this time around he added it (indicating that the cash is flowing like honey from a honeycomb)...and it did the magic despite the a/c balance this time around...
So,we that submitted our SOA with a manageable a/c balance still get plenty hope (by God's grace)...

itiboribo: @CHRIGO yea centennial college.meanwhile am a woman/girl hahahah.he applied last year and was refused trv based on financial reason and home tie,my uncle was his sponsor and he used his company's account alone without any other prove of income though he had up to 20m in the account.i guess it wasn't enough prove,so he was refused trv.This time my uncle included his house documents(2 houses) and statement of account of about 3m and our own house document(1) and my dad's company's account which had about 2m.i also included my citizenship documents, my prove of address(2 documents)which is drivers license and vehicle ownership papers,and also a letter which states that my bro will be staying with me,through out d duration of his program.i didn't include my documents in his previous application/ letter.i guess my documents helped alot because he didnt have to provide prove of boarding,he only payed for first semester tuition and was not asked to pay for the whole year.
i gave all this info because i hope it wOULD help someone else.

Abeg my birth cert don lost and I hear say canada embassy no de collect any kind tin, wetin I fit present weh go cover that birth side cos NPC attestation of birth, I hear say na two weeks and I no knw if affidavit of age declaration fit help? kayconsult: . @ onuawuchi I hav also not heard from chdc despite the fact that I submitted 15 weeks ago and I was to resume last week tuesday. I don't think preferences are given to people based on the type of course enrolled for, I tink maybe they are just operating on a raffle draw basis, thats why some people that even submitted after us has been cald for medicals. Lol. Since you've gotten another start day, I will suggest you go and make inquiry @ chdc abt ur application, since its far beyond 4 months and they said processing time takes 4-6 months, atleast u derserve to be given audience. Who knows u could just be favoured.

Applied on 24th may
Medical call on 5th of august but did not find out till 25th of cos his email account add some issues and so he didn't get the information on time.he was worried and had 2 go to vfs office to find out that they had sent the medical parkage back to cdhc so he went there to pick it up.
Medicals done on 26 of august
Chopped trv( hahahah like u guys would say)on d 12th of september.

onuawuchi: 19 weeks and CDHC is still with my Originals. No medical, no replies to email. Though darkness may tarry a while longer,but joy will ALWAYS come in the morning.

I think they have preference for those going into the sciences than those of us in arts. They can muscle up as they like, all I know is that God is stronger than they are.
