jihday: It seems Nathan Tella have been invited to the super eagles, David Doherty just congratulated him on his teamnigeriauk Instagram handle I hope this is true because he might turn out to be a better addition than Lookman Ademola. Lookman has really been a huge disappointment, though I hope he comes good. |

If he didn't have any prior interest in the player, why would he buy the match ticket or did he buy the match ticket and went to the stadium to see him after he scored? |

Zellas: I am watching him right now against Lukaku (Roma). I don't like comparing players or rating players based on the club they're playing for, but I think Ogbu should be a starter in SE. Don't forget that Bassey and some of our players were born in Europe, but these guys made it from Africa against many odds. We don't do emotions here. Do you want him to start because he is good or because he was bred in Nigeria? |

Bannedlargedx2: There’s no way that he was a striker initially. The dude was probably a winger or attacking midfielder converted to a striker ala Thierry henry He was an AM converted to a striker, that is why he should be a regular starter behind the main striker. |

charlesemeka85: I don’t know why I don’t rate Daga much as many do here
Maybe because we hv CDMs with similar playing style to his. To me he is just a good shield with decent ball playing ability just like ndidi,Onyeka, bonke. Currently in the super eagles the one who is a bit different imho is onyedika. The way he glides with the ball coupled with good eyes for a through pass is lovely. Sometimes I wonder why he isn’t rated as much as he deserves here but I know in no distant time he will gain his recognition after a move to a bigger league
In the last u20 Nnadi was more matured and assured on the ball when compared to others in the team’s midfield. He is one who calls for passes in midfield no matter how tight he is positioned. Has good agility and pace as well as footballing intelligence, also he is a good ball carrier which makes me believe that he is well built for the b2b role and one who will man that position for the super eagles in years to come
Another I rate too is Eletu, that kid will grow to become a superb CDM,CM. For his age his awareness, skill set and footballing intelligence is commendable, the reason he is highly regarded in Milan U19 team. Milan fans even tip him as one who deserves a chance in the first team I have never seen you this smart bro. This write up is so awesome I had to recheck the moniker. Kudos bro. |

Samueltemi337: Michael Olise is considering changing international allegiances from France to Algeria.
The Crystal Palace Football Club winger is very open to this idea and discussions between the parties will take place soon.
(Source: x/Djaameel_) Wow! This is awesome. I love this and I pray it happens sooner than later. Dude never liked anything Nigerian. He was even openly celebrating Algeria's win over Nigeria in the AFCON, calling it their(him included) win. This is the type of commitment I respect not playing games like Eze did with us. |

villagereporter: Sir, u ar not seeing dat they av different styles of play. One is static and d other a roamed. How did you mean one is static and the other a roamer? If Osimhen is the static one, why not bench him for Awoniyi while Boniface roams, after all, the EPL is better than Serie A? Or better yet, bench Boniface in order to play two static strikers with no one to roam. Oga you can not leave out your player that plays in the EPL just because you want a balance and a stable team. Don't tell me that please. 😡 |

Zellas: I watched Boniface from the blast of the whistle till the last minute, I think he can be the playmaker/ support striker we are looking for. Iwobi can be drafted to the wing since Chukwueze is under performing. Osimhen will always perform better as a lone striker. I think our first team and bench for Afcon should be 90% ready by now. It's my first comment. I appreciate you all for the good work here. I don't really understand what is wrong with some of you in here, and who are these 20 olodos that pressed the "like" button to this biased post? How could you draw up such a formation that would have Victor Boniface in the starting eleven ahead of a player that plays in the most competitive league of the world? Don't come to me with that "system that works and who is best suited" crap of a talk because to me what matters most is the league a player plays in. Boniface has no right being above Awoniyi in the pecking order because Boniface plays in the Bundesliga while Awoniyi plays in the EPL, so it should be Awoniyi in the starting eleven, not Boniface. 😡 |

Mujtahida: Even that argument has been made and no one put their hackles up. Technically(skillfully) Boniface is better than Osimhen, but Osimhen is a better striker because he presses better and scores more. Awoniyi is similar to Osimhen in style but Osimhen scores more than him. Awoniyi does not offer something different from what Osimhen offers already, that is why some people will pick Boniface as more important because he offers something different. To me, it is; Osimhen (sub Awoniyi) Boniface (sub Moffi) Gift Orban. |

Napoleon55: This Uzoho's vabid statements on social media shows that he is not ready to work hard to improve. The coach should be wise enough not to rely on such person who could not handle some deservedly criticisms from outsiders.
Uzoho should follow the path of humility if he wants to serve. He should be grateful out of hundreds of footballers Nigeria has,he is one of the few chosen ones to represent us. He should should do it with dignity.
To play football is his job,no one expected it to be easy just like every other well paying job. He should buckle up and work harder not only in SE but also in his club in order to reclaim his first choice position. He reacted like a mugu. |
