safarigirl: Better shake your head like Agama.

Obviously, he was joking, it's the finale and there isn't going to be any swap. And he said it directly to elikem when he was announced as hoh...so what's useless point you are trying to make again?

You people are just desperate to find faults...keep looking.

spade: "Shaa" means "though".

Example: O boy, dis girl bobby don fall finish! Her face still fine sha.
Meaning: Mehn, this girl's 'fun bags' have succumbed to the law of Gravity! She's still got a cute face though.

"Joor" is an expression used when doing things regardless of the consequences. It's a sign of indifference.

Example: O boy, you say Brake Fluid don finish for this car? Abeg, put am Palm Oil joor! Some days are like dat!
wink grin shocked cool

ItsModella: But why did they decide to call themselves brooms? grin grin
In gh folklore praye symbolises unity and strength.there is a saying that a broom can only be broken when you untie it and pick one.they choose the name to remind them of the need to stick together.incidentally the tall member has left the group. so we now hv the medium and the short guy who is selly's boy friend

RLG communications manufacturers of the Uhuru Tablet and co- sponsors of the ongoing Big Brother Africa “The Chase” have announced their intention to appoint one of the Big Brother housemates as its brand ambassador. The question on their mind however is which of the housemates most qualifies for this? As far as the communications outfit is concerned this has not been an easy question to answer as there have been divergent views leading to the organisation’s decision to bring the matter to the court of social media. Continue…

RLG is therefore calling on the general public to nominate housemates of their choice for this honour which we have been reliably informed will be very lucrative for the successful candidate. Members of the public are enjoined to vote for housemates of their choice via, its rlg Nigeria facebook page or its twitter handle @rlg Nigeria.

It is instructive to note that just a couple of months ago the company sponsored the “put a smile on their faces” event which was an initiative of the Put A Smile n their Faces Foundation in which money and ICT devices were donated to homes specialised in catering for children with special needs. Immediately after that the company sponsored the BRT free bus ride for Lagosians in which they transported residents of Lagos state free for one month on selected routes (an initiative that is usually associated with governmental bodies). But Rlg did not stop there, because of the success of the BRT free bus ride and the attendant clamour for it to continue, Rlg is presently replicating the exercise in Osun State where they are currently training youths in applied ICT under the Osun State Youth Empowerment Scheme-Technology (OYESTECH) and also building a computer and mobile phone assembly plant. Under the Osun state exercise, commuters are being conveyed within Osogbo and also between Osogbo and neighbouring towns using the mini buses popularly called “Korope” that are prevalent in the State. As if that is not enough they are also offering scholarships to students as well as sending a selected number of the graduates of the OYESTECH programme to their assembly plant in Ghana for further training which ordinarily is outside their terms of reference with regards to the OYESTECH programme

Borrowed
IMO Dillish or Melvin wont be bad.

Mariarocks: Speaking of stargame, I never watched it but that DKB Slap went viral mehn. Oh boy I had to search that thing on youtube. LOL that guy is a fooooooollll grin. When he said "what do you want to see, your father's face" I fell off my chair. He was hilarious. I also saw on youtube the fight he had with one Mampi chick. LMFAOOOO grin grin grin that shiit had me rolling. "are you a motherfuccker, are you a father fuucker" "my diick is 7.5 inches long I will Bleep you in 30 seconds and you will get pregnant". LMFAO that was one of the funniest shiit I ever saw. The two of them... I was in awe mehn
From a ghanaian perspective ,DKB was a nut case. He said he was comedian but every action of his irritated his mates and never made them smile or laugh smiley

GH KWAME: Wow, so you can spew Hate speech because of a game? Smh, well you guys have shown your True colours. I was ready to brace myself for Hate comments but for @ozidogboo who I held in High esteem to descend to this this type of barbaric disgusting comments, I think it is Time for me to say Goodbye to Nairaland, Y'all have a good time hating.
soldiers don't quit on the battle field or as the motto of the best club in gh goes :never say die until the bones are rotten: Lol
ozodigboo, ochon, dominique, Som and so many others campaigned for eli when he was up.Ineed some hv had running battles and their nationality questioned for their admiration for elikem.
As for the comment about us having dillish blood and saying we were not representing africa at the world cup.,you should hv treated it with the contempt that it deserved.

safarigirl: Make una dey dey celebrate HOH, una go pack hOH record dey go house, then SADC go carry the money dey tell una ntonyi

The way some people are here celebrating such eediotic achievement is just beyond me...it's like a family celebrating that all their kids have been Senior Prefects while some other person comes from nowhere and snatches the Presidency.

Elikem and his two votes will NEVER win, this is like expecting Bev to win. I wish all of you and your Head of House achievements goodluck in the finals
are you serious? so striving to win the HOH is eediotic achievement.! smh . Whether he gets 2 votes or one vote, some of us are happy to see him in the finals
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by chriskwaku: 11:14am On Aug 09, 2013
spade: And GHANA has finally secured a spot in the finals for the first time.

Congrats guys! cool

safarigirl: mtcheeewwwww. He'll now use it on Bimp. Mtcheewwww, the way I just dislike that tailor sha....
don't dislike the player !dislike the game.i think if bimp had won, elikem would have been the one at the receiving end.their dislike is mutual
i hope he doesn't go on about his nomination craze
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by chriskwaku: 8:11am On Aug 07, 2013
Elikem and Melvin shouldn't be in that final together (no disrespect to my Ghanaian brothers, but the fact is Elikem has little chances of winning. So Why sh*t on Melvin chances? ). Angola's vote in my opinion is less certain with Angelo also in the finals. Even the ROA vote is not guaranteed. Angelo has always got ROA, whenever he was up, although Melvin also got it the one time he was up, but still I have not seen any reason to believe it will go to Melvin for sure.. ROA consists of a significant amount of southern Afrincan countries, so it's 50-50 in my opinion.
A lot of analysis have been done showing with both in the finals, melvin would still win hands down. melvin is assured of Gh vote if eli is not in the finals but i dont know that of Zim. i believe melvin can win without Gh and zim votes
For some folks like Gh Kwame, eli being in the finals would raise the bar for future contestants.

dominique: My only worry is that he might be making cocky statements like, 'you guys forgot to mention my name, what happened?'. The guy needs to not talk sometimes
Exactly .and that would annoy angelo and co. he does not know when to pipe down.

ochongonoko: anyway, strategic o, or no strategic, i'm voting CLEO... Thats the only message my brain is proccessing now...

My girl cant be up and i wont vote her... Mbanu!!!
i would also chip in some votes for your darling Cleowink if Eli does not come up

like seriously. his name is definately coming up morrow anyway
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by chriskwaku: 11:03pm On Aug 01, 2013
dominique: Tbh, you guys on here get a bit too hard on Elikem. I think he's playing the game quite well (save for the too much talking part). So what he revealed that Bev is the only one nominated, is that far from the truth? Even Bev admitted as much. Later on in the evening, Bimp was trying to put words in his mouth as regards the swap and he handled him perfectly well, infact the respect I have for him has gone up another notch. Imo he's more articulate and straight to the point than our Melvin (yeah I said it!) and amma vote for him even if he's up against our reps.

Eish!!! Cleo is so drunk sad
lol. them go ostracise you for here if u go ahead
