I remember Isaac well well he was decent in the 2002 AFCON but was seriously poor by 2004 but definitely not as bad as Furo Iyeneme till today it's still a mystery how he made it to the national team.
jihday: I feel like you people didn’t see Okoronkwo play 😭
Fantastic move for his career. Should definitely get a call up when AFCON qualifiers start.
charlesemeka85: AJ Auxerre have announced the signing of Gabriel Osho (25), whose contract at recently relegated Luton Town expired earlier this month.
Auxerre will once again compete in Ligue 1 next season, following their promotion from Ligue 2 last season
Have a soft spot for Saka and Bellingham plus I feel slightly sorry for Kane but my inherent dislike for the English national team won't just allow me wish they win the Euro.
Would have preferred he find a club in Serie A or any club in the top division leagues in Europe that said he needs playing time which I hope he will get at Sampdoria.
charlesemeka85: Ebenezer #Akinsanmiro (born in 2004) to #Sampdoria from #Inter on loan is at the final stage. Samp want to include an option to buy, but then Inter will insert a buyback clause. #transfers
Goodjoe stop being a misinformation merchant! I watched the said interview despite NFF advising Oliseh not to invite Enyeama he still reached out to him and invited Vincent for the Tanzania game. Sunday clearly mentioned where their disagreement started.
Mikel that the NFF also didn't want wasn't chased away so abeg die this stale agenda.
TheGoodJoe: Former Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh, has claimed the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, instructed him not to invite three players while he was in charge.
Oliseh has named the players as Vincent Enyeama, John Obi Mikel, and Emmanuel Emenike.
Watch how De Bruyne works his socks off for the team. Watch his intensity. The distance he runs to create space. The passes. Look at his work rate in the plays.
Stat sheet don't tell the whole story but they give a good indication of how effective a player was and Lampard's record speaks for itself which is impressive considering he played in an era facing exceptional midfielders who most coaches would play ahead of KDB in a heartbeat..
Great managers like Mourinho, Ancelotti, Hiddick saw Frank first hand and he was always one of the first names on the team sheet so I will definitely take their observation over someone with an agenda to cook.
Plus you've still failed to state in what area KDB surpasses Lamps. Bring facts non of these emotional ad hominem you have been dishing out since morning.
kendrick9: Stop checkin stat sheets and watch games with your eyes. Funny you're the one saying football is boring. People like you made the game boring.
kendrick9: What battles did Lamp fight? Why didn't he fight those battles for England abI na only for Chelsea causes he had had protection playing in a good system. Lampard best attribute was arriving late in the box...
Ballack sha reach final carrying a poor German national team on his back unlike John Cena wannabe who couldn't win a spoon with Belgium golden generation.
Instead of GenZs to read and do research you will spewing agenda. How is a 4 time Bundesliga champion and EPL winner a loser?
kendrick9: Which of the Ballack? Ballack was a loser. Lost CL final, Bundesliga title, WC final, CL again..PL etc.. Where did the clutchness lead him to? This is why I said you guys are blinded by nostalgia and you just made my point.
What is it KDB can do that Lampard can't do if not better? Sey na assists? Goal scoring?, Pressing? which one is it? Frank used to this and more consistently. Plus he didn't pretend to be John Cena in tough matches.
KDB is a good player in a very poor generation. Lamps fought battles against great players like Xavi, Ronaldinho, Scholes, Alonso to mention a few. Ordinary Mason Mount overshadowed Kevin in UCL final abeg abeg.
TheGoodJoe: KDB is easily better than Lampard and Ballack. kendrick9 is 100% right. When you guys say things like these, it shows you guys actually don't watch City games. Lampard can't touch De Bruyne at all.
Easy with the blasphemy. I like KDB but he can't hold a candle to Ballack or Lamps. I have seen Kevin go ghostmode on countless occasions when it mattered most. Whereas Frank and Michael have been clutch when needed.
kendrick9: Don't disrespect KDB. He's comfortably better than Ballack and Lampard. Football might be boring now agreed.
Even finished Ronaldinho is still better than 80% of the attacking midfielders we have now to tell you the state of the game currently.
kendrick9: Very clear you didn't watch him well. Man was finished by 2008. lol Ronaldinho peak lasted only 2-3 years. 2004 - 06/07 I'm very being very generous with 2007
Then Gattuso was feared by many as a butcher but dinho made him look stupid. I still Dey remember that step over move that forced gattuso to sit down for field 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This man and your VVD agenda In the future when Virgil dies as an old man you will still criticize him for allowing grave diggers for positioning his corpse wrongly in the grave
Onyeka's defensive midfield displays especially in the AFCON have dwarfed whatever Ndidi has done in the SE. Even though Wilfred has a bigger profile and a better goal scoring record (except in GWG) his defensive attributes have dropped. I don't necessarily want a goal scoring DM since we have enough attacking talent in the national team.
yinkeys: Controversy here People now think Onyeka proved himself at Afcon and should be starting ahead of Ndidi They say Onyeka’s work rate is unmatched He just doesn’t shoot They say he’s improved and now better than Ndidi in the past 6 months Both players don’t shoot though Is this true? Is Onyeka > Ndidi ?
