Careente7:Exactly! I really don't see how it fits into our clime. Anyone who can't afford formal education should learn a trade and start contributing to the economy. Why should you give loans for something that ends up being useless cux where are the jobs ! |
e be like say chicken don come home to roost earlier than we thought oo I have checked. na fake news abeg...just beefing things |
nairalanda1:Well I am certainly learning a lot from these arguments but I insist on my claims. See, Ghana was quiet different, at that time we were under the military rule and the country was on its knees. We all know even citizens usually do not enjoy military rulership talkless foreigners, also Ghanians were not attacked nor maimed in streets by Nigerians. SA is quiet stable today, economically and they suddenly remember that SA is only theirs, see many videos online where these guys would say, they struggled for their land and where were 'these africans' when they were struglling? . Ironically, these same people who hate their black brothers (who, by the way fought for their freedom from apartheid in cash and in kind) are today, shouting up and down that they are defending palestinians, does that make any sense? . Forgive me, I could be making wrong assumptions but I still remember many publications back in my young days that explained and revealed how the Nigerian government, Ethiopian government and Ghadaffi gave lots of millions to South Africa expecially after Mandela emerged. . Today, Nigerians are in UK, America and even here in Russia, living large, carrying themselves on the streets as if they own these white countries, but back in SA our very own neighbour, Nigerian envoy has to be telling Nigerians to not celebrate a football win over SA because there could be consequences and you want me to believe life couldnt have been better if the whites still control the place? |
nairalanda1:What did native Africans who supported them receive in return apart from xenophobia and hatred? America and the europeans did a lot of slave trading in the past but it's all bygones now. All those things you mentioned would have ended, how many kids today know of the Rwanda war? The whites were being cruel back then but things would have normalized. These black people of SA just should not be at the helm of affairs. I am being quiet realistic here. |
Emmanuel909090:Do you know why only few people liked this comment of yours? Because only the most intelligent people on nairaland can understand it. Baba the wisdom is deep ![]() |
Nature129:He is mourning man. He was even forcing that smile. But you must agree with me that he left Nigeria in a very good state compared to what we have today |
nairalanda1:It would have been better for SA to remain an arpatheid state. |
This SA keeper na otu ooo na only against nigeria dem dey flex...shows how much they hate us and how much they really wanted to defeat us. Nigeria don burst their juju ![]() |
R0LL0N:You people are here again...you said the same thing about how we struggled against Ivory Coast all because Guinea defeated them 4-0 football is not 1+1, South Africa played Nigeria as if their life depends on it. They are still in pains...this match, to them is just to fulfill CAF rules. |
Imhereagain:You see how you made yourself the real dumbass? You cannot differentiate between terrorism and xenophobic attacks. Afghanistan was and maybe is still the headquarters of all terrorism I presume, but xenophobia has never been used to describe what happened there. . You need to step out of Nigeria to know the difference, for your information, more people are killed in the USA every year via gun riots than terrorism in Southern Nigeria, shocking but check the facts online. Every country has their challenges you should be smart enough to differentiate, identify them if at all they could be solved. This is because differences in motivations for crimes also necessitates different approaches to solving them. . Dude step into South Africa and wrap yourself in the Nigerian flag, walk on the street. You will realize quickly that Fulanis and Unknown gunmen love the igbos much more than the SA people loves you. |
Twenty8:The fact that you replied despite all these nonsense you typed shows that your father is not as smart as he made you believe. Son of a p**G |
BBIA:You are the only sensible person on this thread. Lot's of dullards here, they don't realize the relationship between altitude where you grew up, oxygen demand and how it eventually shapes your endurance. |
President Tinubu's latest policy is a big eye-opener and path to u raveling new business ideas in the Fintech sector. I predicted this about three years ago and now we are at this stage. It's actually going to get worse. . Over the years I have worked on a tech solution that could bring dollar/naira exchange rate to 1$ equals 500 naira for international payments. In fact I presented this idea to a UK based guy I found here on Nairaland. He was amazed but he tried to steal it. . See, the naira situation will continue to get worse for a long while before it starts to stabilize again. . When I was trying to leave Nigeria, I had this big trouble with getting dollars...I went to the drawing board...Abokis were offering me 800naira per dollar (this was as far back as late 2021) . I went to my drawing board, designed my idea, tested it and was able to get about $2000 at around 425N/Dollar. Ideally it could go up as #500/Dollar but nothing more than that even today. . . Needless to say I had to change the money back to naira at the airport to settle some airline deposits, I entered Russia with Naira...as in Naira notes. But I was shocked to find out that as of then, Russian banks accept naira as if it were in Nigeria. Naira was one of the few currencies they recognized. . . Today naira has lost value but think of the thousands of Nigerians in need of Naira to dollar conversion everyday for international transactions. . I will be glad to have a serious financial partner to establish this FINTECH. Please not someone trying to grab the idea so they could go ahead and present it to their own VCs and angels abroad so, with respect, I might need to be sure that you are buoyant enough yourself and could be a potential financial partner. |
G00dharddick:. It's hard for poverty kids to imagine success and luxury. I understand. |
englishmart:. You should be ashamed of yourself. So that is how you do in that part of Nigeria...beating your parents and being very proud of it. You are such a dunce. |
G00dharddick:Funny enough I worked as an intern at Spatark Moscow...I have seen professional football up close and watched professional managers take pro level decisions in real time. You are just a bigot always against your own country and polluting the atmosphere here with your st**pid analysis. |
Twenty8:When was the last time someone came to your street and burned all of you because you are different from them? . . I pray you or one of your family members experience xenophobic attacks in the hands of those animals. Then you will understand there is a difference. |
aremubabs:The person you are replying has zero knowledge of football analysis...I doubt if he saw the match. Nigeria lost a lot of chances too ...Nigeria could have easily buried them |
G00dharddick:Abeg shut up nothing like "by far" there. Both teams lost a lot of good chances...Nigeria could easily have buried it 2-0 it could have gone either ways. Appreciate what you get. |
simp4rebel:If their keeper wasn't good too Nigeria would put a lot of balls in their net. Poseiro's strategy was never to possess the ball...he doesn't have good players for that...his strategy is to sit back and launch counter attacks. |
zhike:With this kind of mentality ..I can understand your tears. You guys used all your energy but Nigeria still proved to be better than your fathers. |
zhike:Ediot I hope you enjoy your pain |
That chance South Africa just lost will come back to hunt them |
Lookman should have converted his opportunity abeg |
