paulshakur: concerning update about the said accommodation, please the vacancy in the boy's hostel have been taken.. The only vacancy left is for girls. Christine, where you @, i updated this vacancy ish cos of you, guess i wanted to honour you for the great work you did by starting this thread. Good news is that there's room for negotiations, ask simon about that, i suppose he negotiated the room he got. He was able to beat the price down to something way less than the initial 120k.

Luckily for me, i stumbled across a good Samaritan who gave me a place in agbowo, not far from school (a hostel like building for strictly m.a and ph.d students, male and female),nice and comfortable plus 24hrs running water, security and light plus gen all night.... If interested in staying off campus, contact me so i'll help make enquiries if vacancies still exist around here....am not so sure if all have been taken.

Was told somebody just moved I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ recently into the ony vacant apartment. [That is if its the same hostel we are talking about though. This particular hostel is for PG students only and it is located very close to school and the rent is about 130K].

My initial plan was to stay off campus but I'm having a second thought. But if I can't get New PG hall, I won't bother staying on campus.
