Have they started issuing the new passport? Chicagomum: You can get ur passport in 3 days. Recently, water damaged my passport, I applied for another one in Abuja and got it 3 days latter. I paid 35k tho.
You need to know someone there to help u. |

I really think it depends on the mood of the consular officers, they are human n d stress of the work sometimes affect their actions. I was denied a US visa because I did not use it, i in fact, in his words “why would you have a US visa and not use it”... however I do believe not using a visa does not necessarily mean an automatic denial. chloe00: I’ve been reading quora.com and posts from a recently retired us consular on there , she answers a few questions discretionarily and dvd has said it countless times that she hears people panic when they don’t use their visa and she’s even heard that you won’t get issued another , she went further to answer that not using your visa gives you extra points and it doesn’t matter at all if you didn’t use it

I really don’t get you.... if those are your options then u have to chose the more obvious one...? Or u keep refreshing n hoping for a close date. This tho might be risky as u might lose both dates. Greatg0809: Please what do we do is previously refused date is after ur due date and regular is like a month before your due date. Pls advice |

U gave birth in US and applied for US citizenship , citizens of the US need a visa to come to Nigeria. When u arrive Nigeria u can then apply for Nigerian Passport. So if he/she is going to a country where US citizens do not require visa, upon leaving Nigeria, u present ur Nigerian n US passport. Upon arrival at said country u present ur US passport. I stand corrected tho. Chanbaby: My fil asked me a question that I didn't have answer to. Pls i need the house to enlighten me on it. With the American passport one can travel to alot of countries without visa. How come these our babies that are American citizens require Nigerian visa, Nigerian passport or voa to enter Nigeria pls gurus in the house pls explain. |

Congratulations! Please I sent u mail. You applied online right? Did u indicate that you would use the visa for child birth? gingalady: Hello, I have been following the thread for quiet a while now and decided to share my success story to encourage someone. My US visa expired July last year and I tried to renew it in October but was called for interview after doing Dropbox. The category had changed to a B1/B2 as I had the intention of using it for childbirth this year. The Visa however was denied. VO said the hospital I chose in Houston was fond of defrauding Medicare. The denial shook me for about 3 hours but I picked myself up and started the Canadian Visa that same day. First I answered the questionnaire and noted the documents that was required and went about gathering them. This time my husband was the Principal applicant and then my daughter and I dependents. About 2 weeks later I was ready to submit the online application. Here are a list of documents submitted. Employment letter Bank statement of 3.1M House documents Letter of introduction from his office Marriage certificate Travel history Invitation letter from my cousin with her tax forms and driving license Travel itenery These documents were basically all his as they didn’t request for mine or my daughters’ except for the immigration forms we filled
My timeline : Sunmittted: 22 Nov 2018 Biometrics: 27th Nov 2018 Approval mail ( RFP): Dec 5th 2018 Submitted: Dec 6th 2018
I had thought it would take less than 5 days for the stamped passport to be returned. But December ended!! To say it didn’t test my faith would be a big lie! I tracked my passport everyday!!! And finally Stamped Visa: Jan 4th 2019
All 3 of us were given Visas: Hubby 2 years, me 3 years, my daughter 4 years! Leaving for Canada next week! Meanwhile I had booked my flight since I got the approval mail!! I wasn’t going to take a NO!!! So yeah thats my long story!! Keep the faith! Be positive! And go ahead... Wish everyone a positive story this new year |

Wow! Wow! Well done ma. Fyorgyn: Lol @height
I think it may have been worse if I had said "for better medical service" which is (probably) what he may have expected me to say.
I don't know jare.
That my last interview get as e be sef... as I posted last year, the VO said she would put a note that I can't access medical care with the visa. That's why immediately the cbp asked me why I was here the last time I just volunteered the information that I had a baby |

Thank you for sharing. They didn’t notice your wife tummy? aquaboss11: We were on vacation in the US, so we basically didn't bother with more details. We just told them we are here on vacation and have made reservation for an airbnb. They asked how much we have and I told her. Unfortunately I had above 10k CAD and we have to go declare it. spent another 2 mins with more questions and filling out a form. After then, we were told welcome to Canada. |

Angelic Care is a good hospital for kids. The owner is a consultant at National hospital. If you are not satisfied with their services you can also try Limi children’s Hospital or zankli hospital Newmercies: I was referred to life bridge diagnostics centre for blood culture. So it was done in a different place.
Thanks |

Please how do you do steaming with an 8 month old? FTM so nt really sure hunniesuzie: Pele, if an infection has been diagnosed then yes, rub ori on the bridge of her nose if her nose is blocked, you can also do steaming with eucalyptus oil. Rub mentholatum on her chest, back and feet
Piriton also helps if there's no infection
Just give her the meds. Also be clear as to the diagnosis. What did the test result say? Any infection? If yes what type? |

Please house especially @justwise and @Twoods and other mamas in the house. Is there a reason why people avoid declaring $10000 n above? Cuz I see people taking money just shy of $10000 to avoid declaring. Does it reflect badly on you or something if you do? |
