Well said. |
Ok. This kind of thing, my father would ask "why you"? You're not the only one in the industry; why are you the one being accused? Have you been too close to the woman in question? There's no smoke without fire. |
Which of the girls is he paying for? The ones they've used in entertaining visitors? |
My only worry is the rate at which people cheat on their partners these days. The stories we read on Nairaland daily, ain't encouraging. It has somehow, stuck in my head. |
baba4thegehs:Even for those who work for themselves... I don't answer to anybody and can choose when I like to work but the truth is, I do business in a very competitive field where everyone is chasing fewer clients. If I sleep for 8 hrs instead of 5, the extra 3 hrs is enough for me to lose a client to a competitor. I never turn my phones off for any reason. Besides, the further you climb up the ladder, the more you become more determined to get more. |
8 hrs sleep is for people who do not have a job to do. That's a luxury. I sleep for 3-5hrs daily. Sometimes, I manage to get 2hrs, 30mins. |
For my parents, no need. All my father's children have his genes, looks and character. All my father's children are stubborn, troublesome and all have caustic tongue(they can make you commit suicide with their mouth). All my father's children look very much like him. The guys have his exact hairline, nose, height and all. All his children have the same allergies he has, and reacts to the same thing he reacts to. As a matter of fact, we usually joke with each other with the "you're just like your father", sentence... Once you see any of his children and you see him, you don't need to ask if they are his children. That being said, I would over and over again do a DNA test for my kids. I don't trust a Nigerian woman of this generation, that much, not to take a paternity test. It's not because I wouldn't trust my spouse but the thing is that these days, most people change and most people aren't really exactly what they tend to portray themselves to be. You see people talking about loving and fearing God and behind the scenes, they're doing exactly opposite of what they portray, deceiving you with the veil/cloak of Christianity/islam and so called righteousness. You don't wanna trust foolishly and later find out you've been a fool, when it's already too late. Those who haven't had certain experiences, wouldn't understand what we're talking about. |
Damn! Different families with different problems. Grateful to God that philandering wasn't an issue with my parents while growing up. I really don't know how to advise you on this one though. |
delishpot:Lol. Women are extremely confusing set of people. I once had a chic I was trying date and I invited her over. She managed to come to my place when her dad sent her on errand at night. I didn't want to sell an image of a sex starved dude to her, and I just stayed calm and chatted with her. The visit was short but when she was going, she made a statement about me uping my game if I wanted her to come around again... I could tell what it was. I had a date with a different chic not too long ago. Prior to the date, we had talked about a lot of things and I decided I was going to be calm and laid back. I went home with her and the driver dropped her at her gate. I didn't want to go inside her apartment with her cos I would have been tempted to make a move. So, I waved her goodbye at the gate. Few days later, she said God had spoken to her that I wasn't the one for her. I took it in good faith. I later started seeing subs like "better to be single and be in love with God, than being in love with a church boy", on her timeline, with some other subs. Also heard her discuss and say some other dirty(sexual) things with a group of people... I started wondering, considering how she'd been selling an image that is close to being a Christian sister and all. Honestly, there is no rule book that would make a man understand every woman. What works for some, wouldn't work for others. @ op: free yourself. If she says no, free her and move on. Nothing is so special about any woman. It's just the way I have come to know them as. Don't let anyone turning you down, get you worked up. |
Range Rover Vogue or the LR series... It's a brand I'm already used to as I've driven different specs of it. |
The dude is a fool and he deserves whatever he gets. How do you stoop so low to fon.dle a total stranger? What kind of satisfaction do you intend to derive from it? How can a man not even have respect for himself? I haven't seen the lady that would make me stoop so low and classless to the point that I'd have to kneel to beg for my stupid actions while being video taped... That person hasn't been born yet. If this guy had his dignity as a man, he wouldn't stoop so low. |
OKorowanta:Was shocked to find out that a song this big with international acts, could be produced and released with some glaring off-key lines... |
orijintv:Fat lie! I would have preferred if young thug and rae srummed weren't featured on the track cos they only brought noise to it. Davido alone would have held the song down. Rae's introducing lines almost sounded like he was off key... Melody wasn't rhyming. |
Ipfreely:Lol. |
Abeg, babe wey go dey available to other men, go dey available irrespective of what you do to/for her. Our fathers didn't treat our mothers the exact way they ought to have been treated but that didn't inspire them into finding comfort in the arms of other men. |
