afam4eva:you'll still get a chic that's not moved by either. be youself! |
normally, we call each other "baby" but when I'm mildly pissed, it's her middle name. If it gets more than that, it'll be her first name. But once it gets very serious, in a matter-of-factly manner, I call all her three names as it appears in official documents. At such point, she understands "this one no be play again". Although it rarely gets to that point. |
1: abuse in the home can lead a woman to seek solace outside and if it is a man helping her in such troubled times, she might be tempted. 2: infidelity on the part of the man can cause a woman out of hurt, to want revenge, afterall, na the man first. 3: adventure and fantasy: many women fantasize about the thrills in such acts. the adventure. they may be afraid of doing it but thats what makes it exciting. 4: lack: a woman who lacks some things maybe because the husband cant provide may, in order to help herself or even help her family, drop to such level as to cheat. 5: nature; some women are just plain "bad". their case no get repair. they will sleep with any man that appeals to their senses. these types are extroverted and they move in gangs/bands/flocks (whichever you prefer) 6: sour relationship: if a woman falls out of love with her husband and she needs to get some, well, |

strongguy:sorry, reconsider that statement. music is not all about entertainment. @OP: your question is direct and it's between tuface and d'banj- tuface beats d'banj by a landslide anyday. tuface makes complete music therefore you have a song for every mood and situation. consider for a second all the collabs he's done with most artists, in fact , you are yet to arrive as a nigerian artist if you haven't done a track with him - that' to show you who he really is. there's always a message in almost all his songs the few exceptions being those like: "enter the place -ft sound sultan" his songs also inspires. take some time to listen to "eye go sharpen" if na the title be that. just that first then many others. i beg leave matter. now if you talk about nigerian artists as a whole, ha! at par with tuface will be asa, dare and mi- these guys are on top. if it's entertainment you want, wande, ice prince, p square and wizkid are all better than d'banj o. |
tsadiq:your sharia law is simply made for sub-humans by sub-humans. neanderthals! all of you practicing it. |

texazzpete:what they initially wanted to release as iohone 5 was what they decided to call 4s. they didn't expect what happened in the smartphone business. if they had left the 5(renamed 4s)to launch, that would have finished them off. now they are back to the drawing boards. the only reason people love iphones is in its neat,simple,user-friendly interface, but that's no longer a problem for android (sammy, htc, se, etc)with the release of ice. make we wait sha, |
Reps insincere on planned amendment to EFCC Act Thenational Vice-Chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum, Senator Joseph Waku, on Sunday in Abuja asked members of the House of Representatives to have a rethink on their plan to amend the Act establishing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. The Senator had also in 2000 allegedly called for the military take over of power barely one year after the return to democratic rule. Waku, in a statement, said if the lawmakers had a genuine reason to amend the EFCC Act, the timing was already suggestive of some ulterior motives. He said, “It is public knowledge that the EFCC, of recent has charged a significant number of serving and past members of the House to court over alleged involvement in corruption cases. These people are bitter and will naturally want to fight back. The only logical thing is to mobilise their colleagues on the floor of the House of Representatives to engage the EFCC leadership or whittle down its powers. “As such, if the House is now initiating processes to amend the EFCC Act with full concentration on qualifications of who occupies the position of the commission’s chairman, the only logical conclusion that can be drawn is that the process is targeting the current head of the agency for obvious reasons. Waku added, “As representatives of the people of Nigeria, I will want to urge our lawmakers to reconsider their position so that ordinary Nigerians will not take it that the House is only fighting a proxy war for its members facing corruption charges. “The House has in particular lately suffered a lot of damages to its image and the ongoing effort should not be allowed to further lower the public perception of the green chamber of the National Assembly.” According to him, the mood of the nation and indeed the international community at the moment favours a total war against corruption in all its ramifications. www.punchng.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=2977:reps-insincere-on-planned-amendment-to-efcc-act&Itemid=542 they want to cripple efcc. its not efcc they should be afraid of. the whole nigeria is what their concern should be. with or without efcc they will all face the law.]] |
texazzpete:don't be too convinced about that. in just 2 quarters, sammy overthrown apple in sales. before now statistics showed that that number of android phones sold put together were more than iOS phones but no single oem earned more than apple. now its no longer android vs ios but samsung shiping more phones than apple. galaxy nexus running the updated ice cream has gained a lot of reviewer's support. let's see what this holiday season will be like, make we just wait. |
UYCO:most of the legislators know it will hurt their political ambition if nothing happens in the state but what they fail to understand is that the harm has already been done. what's coming will swallow them all up. |
start organizing discussion forums where progressives can brainstorm, plan, mobilize and most importantly, chart a new course for a new and better nigeria |
whose money have they just wasted? did they issue warnings before deciding to "seize" people's properties unlawfully? if they call consumption of alchol unlawful, whose law is that? the entity called nigeria? now governments are opressing citizens in every part of the country. majority of the people whose properties have been destroyed without regards to the law, i bet, will be southerners. my suggestion is that the victims of this atrocious deed should sue the government of kano. and lastly, its a crime (treason) if these people think sharia supercedes the law of nigeria. |
the people are gradually waking up. the failure of system is dawning on the people now and they're reacting. never in the history of nigeria has the the term "revolution" been apparent in our everyday discussion. the dawn of a new era for nigeria. |
Kano destroys 42,000 bottles of alcoholic drinks Featured Written by Mustapha Salihu, Kano The Kano State Government has destroyed 42,000 bottles of assorted alcoholic drinks confiscated last week by Sharia police in a move to stop the consumption of prohibited items under the Islamic legal code. Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso said in spite of the public destruction which took place in Hawan Kalebawa of Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of the state, his administration was making an effort to ensure that Sharia was not politicised. His deputy, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, said after the destruction that the previous government over-pampered the Hisbah Board and by involving its staff in partisan politics. The deputy governor said, “We are not politicising our Sharia legal system like the previous government. We cannot introduce element of politics into it. “This Sharia is a written content from the Holy Qur’an, Prophet’s Hadith and the collections of the Ulamas, and because of this fact, any attempt to insert anything in it like the way the previous government did, our Sharia will crumble the way theirs crumbled.” http://www.punchng.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=2994:kano-destroys-42000-bottles-of-alcoholic-drinks&Itemid=544 |

@everyone: read john lock's "two treaties of government"you can all check out a summary of it in wikipedia. the main work can be found in guttenberg.org 9jaKnight take note |
in a failed state like nigeria, the actions of the government can only further precipitate the inevitable and harden the resolve of the progressives/liberalists. the anti-progress machinery is what's in force. its alredy begun and they know it. control the internet - dem no born you well. |
rail transport is the lifeblood of any nation. economic progress lies in an effective rail system and this country just failed to understand that simple fact. the living conditions of millions of ordinary nigerians will improve drastically if there's an efficient system running calabar (through ph) to sokoto, lagos to maiduguri, warri to katsina and so on. cost of transporting heavy goods such as coal, building materals, petrol, diesel, kerosene, you name it will be drastically reduced. and when you get these heavy goods off the roads, coupled with the hundreds of thousands of commuters, the existing roads will be less strained and thell last longer. |
alright people, we don't have all the facts but it is still a better alternative. trains run on rails which is more efficient than tyres on roads, rail lines mostly follow "almost straight" routes that are void of other users who might impede movement unlike on roads. train accidents are less frequent. as for bandits that may think of dispossessing commuters of their valuables, trains don't usually run at speeds that can permit someone gettin in and out as they please without sustaining serious injuries or even being fatal. my only concern is "how sustainable will it be?", "what's the management structure like?" maintenance nko? mismanagement in government parastatals might be its biggest problem yet, no be highway robbers. |
the entity known as nigeria is gradually but steadily packing up. states under the veil of poverty now discriminate indegenes from other states. when this trend finally leads to a total breakdown of the geographic, political and social structure, who stands to lose more? who stands to lose more i ask again. so that when these dependants choose to bite the finger that produces the wealth of the nation, the consequences will be dire. you boldly say you'll pay my transport but you cant afford it all in one breath. gifted individuals |
Ileke-IdI: Ileke-IdI:i find it quite unbelieveable how you guys seem to understand this situation. if you insist that delta state should take back their own from ekiti and other allied states, will you not in thesame breath ask delta to send back your own? should we all now descend to the level of discriminating against the physically challenged? ok you claim to be poor is now your reason to justify discrimination? |
Aigbofa:young man, if i choose to use you as a yardstick to evaluate the people of ekiti, my perception will be that ekitis are ill-mannered, poorly educated, unenlightened bunch because that's what you represent, but you see, i rep my state and i'll be the big brother you never had. i'm educated as you've rightly observed and well indeed. my people can come back. they will be taken care of and your people who have decided to live and grow in delta are welcome. but while you are still there representing your ignorance, think about your future and the choices you make. scum |
