If it comes in quarts then it must be US made. Nigeria uses Litres. That was the main reason for all my questions. So let me rephrase the question again, is the mobil-1 5w30 sold at the mobil stations in Nigeria made in the US or Nigeria?

I have not seen made in Nigeria mobil1 5w30 or 5w20. The one I see is 10w40.

the mobil 1 5w20 and 5w30 i know come in 5 quart gallon/can (just to make sure sultaan doesn't bombard me). 5 quart is equivalent to about 4.8L. i have not seen 4L mobil 1 5w30 or 5w20.

Let's just spare the FG here. What has the hospital been doing with its IGR. It's worthy to note that these hospitals do not remit IGR to the FG. We should be asking what the CMD, prof. Ojule has been doing with the IGR. UPTH is now a ghost of itself. The immediate past MD of FMC bayelsa, Dr. Etebu did a fabulous infrastructural work with the IGR of the hospital. Why can't Ojule do same. Most of these CMDs are wholistically corrupt. Ojule should be probed. Most of them need to be probed. Ojule has not employed for more than 3yrs now, citing cash crunch. Is he not receiving the same allocation other teaching hospitals are receiving? Most departments are without registrars. Senior registrars now work as registrars. That is what happens when mediocrity is allowed to thrive. I can vividly remember the period when he was elected, and they insisted it was the Ikwerre agenda and therefore the turn of Ikwerres. Now see the turn of events. They also tried to force prof. Didia as VC of UNIPORT then citing Ikwerre agenda. Thank God they didn't succeed. Mediocrity will kill this country.

Mumu no matter what the tribunal rules,the case would still have to go to the appeal court and supreme court before we even start talking of another election which APC does not stand a chance.

Yea, they are very corrupt. I had to involve abuja and finally, they did it. But they still extorted 1800 from me. 1600 for VIO and 200 for data capture. Very corrupt chaps. People spend as much as 12k-15k here for licence.

these bayelsa frsc guys are really stupid. They seem out of touch with the workings of frsc. I did this in lagos in 2014. Went to their bayelsa office today to renew my drivers licence and was turned down cos I went the online route

first I had to goto Nigeriadriverslicence.org and selected-renew and filled the form.
After submitting, I was given an option of paying with my atm card via payrena payment platform..my card wasn't registered for securecode(necessary for MasterCard hence I printed out the form without paying ,then subsequently paid at fcmb bank ,okumagba avenue

I finally went to the capture office at pti road where lots of paper work as well as biometrics capture was done and my temporary license issued.all within 1hr.

I am having issues here with bayelsa command. I have done everything online, paid at the designated bank. Just for me to get to frsc here in yenagoa and was told I wasted my money and that they have their own procedure in yenagoa. That they don't follow online procedure. Insisted I will start afresh with them, voiding the 6350 I paid. Does anyone have their national commandant's number. You need to see how they collect up to 4k to fill the online form for people. I need help. Can't things go right fir once in this country?
