Hello fam, I have an exam to write in Czech republic, but was unlucky securing an appointment for the interview in the Czech embassy. Now I intend entering Czech republic either through Germany or Austria. I work with in a government firm, and I have all required documents, except that I am not sponsoring myself, my uncle is( we bear the same surname). My passport is still a virgin. What are my chances of getting a tourist visa please?

Greetings everyone, please I'd like to know if there's any school in Ireland that I can do an undergraduate program, without having to pay tuition deposit before applying for visa.
This is due to the fact that my sponsor is skeptical whether they would refund if denied visa.
Thanks

No they don't. They are not in a hurry to allow you into Canada. instead, they are more interested in verifying your claims as long as it takes.

grin grin grin So true. Even if it takes 20weeks,they don't care. Lol

Hello People of God,
I have an issue oo.. I have been trying to link my application online now since last friday or so, but e no gree link..
I even created another account to try to link my application but still, nothing.

Now I'm worried that I might have put in the wrong information while filling my forms..

Any idea on what to do please??
I don't think it's either the fault of your cic account or your details. I feel you've input the wrong details. Hence no linking can be formed
Thanks smiley

Good morning everyone. hope you are having a great week.
please am confused
I applied 28th Nov last year. Till date I have not gotten a response from the embassy.
I have also not been able to link my account online.
the only mail I got was from VSF telling my passport is ready for pick up.
please I need on what to do

You should have brought it up here, that you've not bn able to link your paper application to your online cic account. Go to vfs and get your passport. It's an approval IJN smiley

Like I said not all immigration officers ask for that but just to be on a safer side PRINT a new bank statement(this time maybe for a month or less).

Thanks

The immigration officer might ask you for it but not compulsory. Some people are lucky to the extent they are just asked "Why are you in Canada"? and after saying "for studies" they get stamped in. So to be on a safer side go along with your proof of funds (maybe bank statement)
But d proof of funds has bn submitted @ vfs? Does that mean one has to print another bank statement??

Good evening fam
I'm gonna be submitting my application for study permit on Wednesday. I'm 18 years old and got admitted to study Electronics Engineering technology at SAIT.
Please what's the meaning of SOP and how does it apply to me, and also any other useful information will be appreciated. BTW, m gonna be staying with a family friend who lives in Calgary, so accommodation and feeding and transportation is guaranteed. How do i explain this in my submission. Paper route

You sound very much like a newbie., which is okay. Sop is statement of purpose. It entails info about you, why you chose the program, why you chose Canada instead of Nigeria the benefits you stand to benefit from the program, the plans you have after school, bla bla bla bla bla. For the accommodation and feeding and transportation, I think it's not wise giving the Visa officer d impression you have or know someone in canny, willing to assist. They don't have to know you have someone there, cos that may stand in as you having ties to Canada already, since they're not your immediate family. Obviously you're not d one sponsoring yourself, so just show the required funds required. While the plans of staying with someone, etc, keep it to yourself. Cheers, lil brother wink
