Why should you consider going to a club this weekend since clubs do not have such a good reputation? Clubbing can be fun Clubbing is described by some people as a futile activity because the music is loud and the drinks are expensive. However, it all depends on what you want to do at the club; you do not have to be loud or buy outrageously expensive drinks if you do not have the money. Clubbing is a great way to meet people. Even if you are not interested in a relationship, you can socialize and build your network. If you are an introvert who loves staying at home. Going clubbing once in a while helps you come out of your shell and for an introvert, this is necessary for your mental health. Clubbing helps you socialize Pulse Nigeria Clubbing also allows you to listen to music and have a fun time. Listening to music does good things to your mental health. You do not have to dance in the club but listening to interesting jams reduces depression and anxiety and lightens your mood. Dancing is another activity that is not only good for your mental health but also your physical health? Dancing is an exercise. You do not have to drink alcohol, buy the most expensive drinks or have the DJ play Dorime for you to have fun at a club. Clubbing pushes us from living reclusive lives to socializing. If a club is too much for you, you can always try a bar. Make sure you take extra precautions for your safety, do not drink and drive. https://www.pulse.ng/lifestyle/food-travel/why-you-should-go-clubbing-this-weekend/yfet1ly |

Short story my babe says she's been experiencing poor libido. no excitement to knack and I did some searching online and found that "researchers are fiercely divided over the question of just how many women lack libido and how best to help them" So does that mean no way. |

To demystify how to leave a Big Law job to launch your own firm, Insider spoke with Warren T. Allen II, a former Skadden lawyer who recently launched his own practice with another attorney. The following is how he did it, as told to Insider and edited for length and clarity. I had always thought about building my own law practice, even back to when I was a junior associate and reading books on how to do it. It got more serious in 2018, and I started approaching friends to see whether they'd be interested in joining. But for a while, it didn't look as though anyone would come. So in fall of that year, I hired a coach, who told me the only thing that was stopping me was fear — and by December, I was ready to pull the trigger. But I had months of preparation ahead. This meant I was still doing my full-time job at Skadden, but on nights and weekends, I was chipping away at a three- page to-do list I made. It included items like planning how to notify clients, listing what office equipment would be needed, registering entities with state bars, and filing an IRS form. One of the first steps was to get a Post Office box, so I could actually have a business address when applying for credit cards. I registered a professional limited liability company in Virginia, and a separate bar registration had a delayed start date so there were no even perceived conflicts. Around February, I believe, I told my bosses what my plans were, and they were as gracious and understanding as possible. I was going to keep working there until the end of May. I kept my personal and business finances separate, so I decided early on what I was going to invest in the initial financial accounts. My whole career I had been a big saver, so I didn't have to scramble for it. The goal was to have 18 months of runway, also aided by a bank loan and multiple credit lines. Before we actually started taking clients on June 1, 2019, I had spent about $40,000 on the firm — and a big chunk of that was in technology. I spent about $10,000 on items like office equipment, computers, iPads, and phones. Office space was a major expense as well as, somewhat surprisingly, legal-service subscriptions. We went with Lexis, the Anti-Corruption Report, and Law360, which especially gave us the most bang for our buck. But frankly, like so many others trying to launch small businesses, you have to lean on your family and friends. One of my wife's best friends designed a logo and business cards. My wife, who is much smarter than I am, taught herself how to build a website for the new firm. And around this point of spring, Ray D. McKenzie, who was then an assistant US attorney in the Justice Department and had previously been an associate at Skadden, said he was going to come along. I believe I literally jumped up and down in my kitchen when he told me he was in. And when you're about to launch your own business, you have to get really in the weeds in logistical matters you likely never thought about before. We didn't have any training videos for how to pick billing software or timekeeping records. I had to be really thoughtful about what would work best for us and just do a ton of research. We landed on Practice Panther and QuickBooks. We obviously didn't take on any clients when we were still working other jobs, but we did want to plan some marketing. So on our website, about a week before our launch day and the full thing went live, we started a countdown clock, going down until June 1. We made the announcement all over social media. When that clock hit zero, shortly after I left my last day at Skadden, it actually broke our website. But that was an easy fix the next morning — and then we were off running. Now some two years later, the firm, WTAII, which focuses on assisting companies and individuals with government enforcement, compliance, and litigation needs, has added a third member, and we're in a much more comfortable spot. The operating costs for the first year, not including compensation, were just north of $100,000. My pay did not ramp up as fast as I had hoped and is a big pay cut compared to Big Law salaries, but it's not really about the money. It's about prioritizing personal relationships inside and outside the firm over trying to make as much money as possible. https://www.businessinsider.com/warren-allen-quit-big-law-and-start-your-own-firm-2021-8 |

Many people have condomless sex
for sensation alone. I suspect for many this has
as much to do with the psychological as the
tactile, but regardless, condomless sex just feels
better to some people—so much so that the
sensation outweighs risk. How do end avoiding pregnancy n diseases. |

If your company offers you loans you can use for side business or expenses would you take it. There is the angle of you reckless spending it or failing to pay back even when the loan is subsidized. What do you think. Does your company offer loans to its staff or do you know any please indicate. |

So I tried eluding the name of the location involved and avoided calling out security agencies as I feel Twitter is the best place for that but I now think that's wrong those boys may have been doing this for some time or some people might have lost valuables So this was at Rumokuta at the T junction where Genesis and uba are located in port Harcourt if you are a resident in rivers state you would know here. And I was heading to rumuokoro. this was just yesterday too. so it's fresh. Security agency if any one could pass this info as I have no numbers to reach. but if there are reading this this is enough info biko. Do the right thing. Do your job. Shalom peeps. |
Please don't mind my use of language. I am terribly pissed of. So just yesterday I was on my way back from my regular runs more like a quick visit. Rain has been on for like hours and it's 6 already so as I was waiting due to a lack of buses caused by the rain with a multitude of people. Two guys suddenly approached me one at my left and one at my right in a very intimidating manner "bros anything dey" I suddenly heard. they repeated. I bone face look straight and I quickly said oboy nothing dey then I walked away quickly as a bus was coming to offload a few passengers I quickly chook head even though it was obvious only a person was going to drop. I knew why I did that. inorder not to look intimated which gives them power to ride you. That was how they left me O. That's not even the funny part of this story...After they left me they approached another guy much bigger than I mind you this is happening under a drizzling rain at 6 to 7 in the midst of people just away from the crowd. So back to the story. they approached my guy o. I watched from afar. they tried intimidating him. from two guys it became four I tell you no lie. wahlai. from my observation the fourth was not a part of this syndicate let me call them that. he just observed the other boys movement and decided to chime in. shows you the extent an abero or street guy will go to support each other in hope of collecting his cut. so to end this story as far as I could see they spent like almost 10min trying to negotiate with my mans wallet O. I saw him grip his back pocket where his wallet was located and he tried crossing over to the other side of the road menn see as they gum him body they block am. then finally he decided to just walk ahead which they followed then he saw a phone shop and took cover in there that was as much as I could see. As soon as that happened I taxi going one way picked me up charging me 100 for a 50 trip. Did I fail to mention they was a heavy hold up like massive go slow. I was so frustrated cause that could have been me. if not that I had a similar experience months ago. mind don sharp eyes don red. so to end this long epistle...longest I've written since I joined this platform. What Safety precautions can one really have to avoid this menace an average guy minding his business not even late in the day (no be say na night waka as in nightclub push even if go to club at 2am is not crime and those who do should not have to pay by being robbed) Please guy drop what precautions you use if you come across similar experience on this wild Nigerian streets. |
