Marcelini:In speculation, most people thrive on optimism for success. Which is what you are doing. But a professional, mixes optimism with a healthy dose of realism. You are optimistic that the igbo land will be successful in the long , so am I. But you are not being realistic to what's on ground. The few igbos that have been living in the south-east, how well have they fared? How well are their governors treating them? This is the realistic part you are not mixing in. Look at the countries hoping to be independent, from scotland to catalonia or even texas. These states have something going for them, the standard living of their people is benefecial that immigrants even come over for better living. Be truthful, how benefecial is igbo-land currently to immigrants from neighbouring country like ghana? Don't let emotion cloud your sense of judgement my friend. And these are all european nation, in africa where one of our brothers decided to have a country on a shallow foundation, am tlking of south sudan. You can see the effect. Don't relyyour hopes of success in secession by looking @ european nations that have done so. Look @ ur own fellow african country coz we think alike in africa. The igbos have potential to become a great place, let our governors ,LGA chairmen and state leaders harness these potential. Let them attract investors to the states. Until our states start proving attractive for even those in diaspora, a secession today would mean building a structure or murky grounds |
Yes the bdc might be scamming us but to complain thhat they have increased from 74 to over 2,000 is crazy. Who grants them this license to operate? Isn't it the CBN? The licensing fee of 1m and annual renewal fee of 250,000 and application fee of 100,000, hasn't these monies increased the revenues generated so far for the CBN. Pls let's call a spade a spade. If buhari must criticize the growing numbers of BDC operators, then CBN must follow in the criticism for awarding them licenses to operate |
Marcelini:Maybe yes temporarily but atleast u can agree it has some effeCt. Will biafra agitation ever succeed, maybe. But is biafra state ripe for secession?,No!!! The time hasn't come yet to say biafra will be a success. I'm igbo too. Its not okay to keeping saying the fulanis are killing ourpeople, so we want to be alone. The question is what are our Igbo leaders doing for our people? Have we agitated @ the state levels before even going federal. Because my friend, if the foundation is weak of which it is, no structure built on it can last long. Agitation @ state level should be the ideal thing, when the system (infrastructure and all) is working fine for all in our state level. Then a secession would be favourable to all. |
Buhari is applying one of the laws from the Book 48laws of power; ***************************************law 42 says: STRIKE THE SHEPHERD & THE SHEEP WILL SCATTER******************************** trouble can often be traced to a single strong Individual. If you allow such people to operate, others will SUCCUMB to their influence. Do not wait for the troubles they cause to multiply,DO NOT try to NEGOTIATE with them for they are Irredemable. NEUTRALIZE their effort by BANISHING or ISOLATING (not killing ooo) them and watch their sheep scatter. *************************************** Buhari dey apply this law by isolating him in prison, lol and the heat seems to be gradually cooling off |
In proverbs 18:22; bible says: he that findeth a wife findeth a good thing but the same proverbs put a clause in the next chapter........................ ****************************************Proverbs 19:14 says BUT a PRUDENT wife or SENBSIBLE wife(in some versions) COMES FROM THE LORD. **************************************** So my fellow guys, as a man no be all women you take as wife go dey sensible oo, pray make God present them, make them cross your path, so u go fit choose them! Coz bible says WATCH & PRAY. So no be just 1man effort, God gats dey inside for the search |
trappatoni:The neutral are in the minority, those pro-jonathan will condemn it but those anti-jonathan will praise it. Its very visible in one of the comments made above, where someone commented saying: calling jonathan a baboon is an Insult to baboons that he is worse than that" and you could see the number of likes that comment amassed, the 2nd highest no of likes so far on this topic. Thats why I said, OBSERVE! |
Those that'll react to this will be divided along PDP & APC line; just observe! |

I don't know why people usually get so emotional when such photos spring up. Like whats the biggie....You brought a child to this world, its YOUR RIGHT to take care of that child. I repeat ITS YOUR RIGHT!!! Even the bible says anyone who does not provide for his household is worse than an Infidel.(1tim 5 vs ![]() If you'll bring a child into this world, then just know u'v an added liability. And you have to go through various rigours of turning ur child from liability to an asset, which is what education does. If you can't prepare ur mind for such, don't give birth. I wonder why people feel pity when its ur obligation as a parent to do so. |
Kbs468:Ohh, thanks for clearing my doubts. Sh*t got me worried. |
Xhiss:Hey am a zikite too,did you check your date on that info, does it tally with your year of graduation coz mine doesnt |
Hey fam pls I need help oo.....I checked my name on the senate list and it was positive. My name is there but the date of graduation says 2015 whereas I graduated in 2014.....My name and matriculation number are all correct xcept for that error. Is this going to pose any future problems? |
This was how they said Nigeria will be amongst the Top 20 economies by 2020, as a young boy I was following this predicition, in anticipation of good things to come. We re in 2016, 4yrs to go, yet it doesn't seem like we'll be in the TOP 20.......so they come up with another prediction since the old one is unrealistic, usa make una kwantinu oo |
Nna see unizik wan gimmee High Bp oo....finally I can attend dat owambee I wanted to go to on saturday, #mind is @ rest ,lol |
Celebs eh, that top she is putting on is amongst the cheapest net lace you'll find in the lagos island market. Its around 600naira a yard. Calleed "sample-net". Most buyers neglect it coz the prices makes it look inferior but see how nice it looks on Ini-edo. #its not how much you buy a thing, its how well do you make it look that matters |
You lower interest rates to help smes? Really? Lol where are the smes that manufacture products? Most of the small and medium scale entrepreneurs are into Importation business. Infact banks will have little confidence in lendig you money if you are about to startup a small manufacturing venture. **************************************** On the contrary, I hope Treasury-bills rate increase, coz I don't see how we expect to fund part of the 2016budget from borrowings and the rate of t-bills is below Inflation rate. Its unreasonable. *************************************** Most people are alreeadyshouting good policy, good policy. It'll stir up the local Investors. Just today the price of a loaf of bread has increased from 200 to 250naira, yet we have Dangote who manufactures flour, shey exchange rate too affect dangote flour? #keep shouting good policy ooo, Untill u feel the effect in the price of things you purchase daily. |
Zeiya:Most probably, when the budget is actualised & contracts are being awarded. I believe the lnterest rate would increase, because our budget is already @ deficit, so we gats borrow sharpali.....but 12% hmmm.....I dunno, I jst dunno if it'll be back to that but it'll certainly increase |
Unizik ole way nah ? Ndi a, ha ga eme anyi 30? Lol abi na friday night theem wan upload list, so there'll be no queue for people coming for complaints/correction. |
OPEC cannot cut oil production, otherwise USA & RUSSIA will collect their market share. The world oil leeaders , saudia arabia. Is playing the waiting game, the middle east are making profits even if oil sells @ 20$/barrel. So they are playing the game of "How low can you go before you closeup shop" dats the msg they are sending out

goldenval:There is no way you can win 6million , if you stake 5k on 1.08-1.1 for 60days. Stop lying to make your story believeable. Your friend must have staked on higher odds to reach 6m in 60days or your friend doesnt exist except in your imaginations. Before, you quote me, calculate it first! |
As a seasoned punter, here is one grand rule...THE ONE & ONLY GRAND RULE in any form of gamble or deadly speculation in stocks, .......DON'T STAKE MONEY YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE...........eg if you can stomach losing 1K everi weekend, stake 1k. This way you'll have your emotions In check! |
Charles innojie, no3. He doesn't need to do his face in a silly manner or do a stupid dance like the others there. he just has a way to make the viewers laugh! He is tha funniest. |
Building a house saves money, it allows you put your desired designs into reality and most especially, you don't miss out on the fun! Where as Buying, It saves stress (Omo-nile wahala, govt wahala, etc) it saves time, if you are one working with time and need to move in quickly. It all depends on your Capital & patience level. |
See how big his arms are & tiny hiS legs are, disdvantage of doing one form of training in the gym. Benchpress! |
Elparaiso:I dey tell you. In my year two, mat 202 ODE was nicknamed ODE - "O di egwu"!!!( An xclamation in igbo) |
Yea its only active in petrol sector, where PPPRA are responsible for the price fixing, but how about they move to things like Milk? Or even matches that is widely used by everybody |
Do you know there is a draconian law that gives power to the FG to fix prices on certain commodities. Infact the law is still active but totally oblivious to so many because it was praticised mostly in the 70's. ****************************************According to Section 6 Subsection 1 of the price control act of 1977, It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, agree to sell or offer to sell any or employ any other person, whether or not that other person is of full age, to sell any controlled commodity at a price which exceeds the controlled price. 1. Bicycles and spare parts. 2. Flour. 3. Matches. 4. Milk. 5. Motorcycles and spare parts. 6. Motor vehicles and spare parts. 7. Petroleum products. 8. Salt. 9. Sugar. This is just an excerpt found on "nairametrics website" nairametrics.com/once-upon-a-time-the-government-controlled-the-prices-of-these-7-commodities/...............With the failing economy and increase in inflation figure, do y'all think Presidnt buhari can resume this law? |
When the 2016 buget came out, most people were praising Buhari, saying it'll be the first time our budget wouldn't rely on Oil proceeds. Talks of how over 60% of the budget would come from Non-oil source, nobody sat ddown tothink how much Non-oil sources generate @ the moment? Nobody thought that taxing the populace would be one way of generating that revenue in the "Non-oil category" |
