Doyin2:You buy a land today 1m and sell tomorrow 1.5m in a space of One-day ..... Where e dey happen? Mr Man go siddon! No be JJC you dey talk to. Except na Mumu u dey sell to. |
Bia enyia cancel Importation. Do you know the exchange rate now? Visit alaba mkt or Tradefair and see hw Importers sitdon dey loook.....and yu mentioned real estate, except you mean Land speculation. Buy land and re-sell years later. In a place like lagos building & renting is already Overhyped! In places like Ikoyi. E go take you 50yrs to recover your cash. Here's a pic fr example
|
AtlanticBreeze:Bia enyia. What's wrong with you? Who says I'm nt happy with the development. I'm from anambra schooled there and stayed there for years. So if the state improves, Its to my benefit & bragging right. However, what the op wrote there doesn't correlate with the pictures he posted. That's bad Journalism! He should have posted the places where the construction are kicking off not already developed estates and buildings! |
chigoizie7:No mind that OP, its people who live @ lagos and other far places that he is deceiving. Imagine op posting pics of Udoka housing estate & queen suite, claming its New-awka under obiano. Na so dem take dey share propaganda for media |
OP obiano is doing progress but its not the way you are painting it to be haba. Those pictures of houses you uploaded are houses that have existed since 2007...haba! The most notable project isthe flyover bridge. All talks bout new awka,5 star. Na still yarns. I have been in awka for years to monitor any improvement! |
At the anglican church I attend here @Festac town. First we give - Offering during (Offetory hymn) - Sunday Offering - Tithes, Vow & Special offering - if its first sunday of the month we give New month offering & Prophetic harvest offering ( two different offerings) - if you celebrated your birthday/wedding during the week. you come out and give offering. If its someone that you know is celebrating, Its advised you come out to support them with ur cash ofcourse, lol Then if church plans on an Impromptu project like building project etc, you give an "emergency" offering there & then. Lastly, you can give funny offerings like last month, the Vicar said if yu know you are happy. Come out & give a HAPPY OFFERING to the Lord. And e get as e be, if u r the only person sitting when bout 90% are going to give offering. So u gats prepare *************************************** I personally prepare for Only 3, the rest concern them. If you doubt me, pm me for church location and see for urselfs. NB: Church uses Air condition & Flat screen tv in every corner, so u get first class service, lol |
FEAR is said to be the Best Motivator in human life. OP, lemme ask yu, do you think many people Would still remain faithful christian if HELL never existed? Most christians are christians because they are SCARED of the Unknown. They are scared of potential witches or Illness or Financial Loss. So they run to church that uses Fear to push them out of their comfort zone, then preach HOPE to calm their fear, lol.

My friends pls be very scaredof the figures dished out in Nigeria. If 20people die in an accident, news report will say 5died and 5 injured.....Of recent Banks were given a Threshold of 5% of Non-performing loans, with top banks nearing 4.8%. Of recent a member of the monetary policy committee , Mr doyin salami has accused banks of COOKING up figures! Most of our banks have broken the limit set byCBN both in NPL and Liquidity ratio, yet they cook up figures so as not to Invoke fear into the heart of their customers.... Be very careful my people. Reports will say the economy is healthy but on reality the opposite is visible. Nigeria was once reported the Fastest growing economy in Africa yet Unemployment grew in percent. What then is the growth Fear Nigeria & their statistics dished out. This might be a cooked up data to encourage the already scared foreign Investors to come back. How can the manufacturing sector be growing yet the stock prices in the manufacturing department has been going down since 2015. I say fear 9ja! |
THIS IS THE MOST FAVOURITE VERSE OF OUR PREACHERS Malachi 3 vs 10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. New King James Version (NKJV) |
Nigerians ehhh, HYPOCRITES! We'v seen the blood flow from a dead person & we switch tune. When Chimamanda Adichie wrote about this, they all called her names & a lesbian. Now that someone has been mobbed, they turn around scream Jungle Justice is bad...HYPOCRITES!!!!!!! |
Do you know that the old system of praticing tithe, indicates - You should eat your tithe @ some point - Give to the widows & needy Also do you know that abraham didt tithe from his property but from the spoils of war? Also you cannot say Jacob tithe, Jacob made a request to God(made a vow) in return for 10% if granted. That's no tithe! Do you know that the only priest required to collect tithe are Levite priest. Christ is from the judah tribe. Even if we were to pay tithe, christ is not ALLOWED to accept tithe! I remember Pastor chrisoyahkilome once said, He never believed in tithe, he said he was strongly an Opposition until he got into the ministry....I.e Pastor chris embraced tithe coz he was now into Pastoral duties where it'll be favourable to accept tithes....... |
Real estate business in Nigeria especially Lagos is still very Shoddy! As of 5 july, 2013,- Hon Bayo Osinowo (chairman committee on lands & housing, lagos state house of assembly, alausa ikeja lagos) said Over 60% OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (c/o) IN LAGOS IS FAKE! You can imagine such utterance from someone in such position. God go save us from human wickedness in this Naija. |
It is situation like this that makes me doubt True-love really exist. Its Only when certain conditions are met that you'll see the Opposite sex claiming to be in Love. You didnt love me as a barber, how then do you want guys to be loyal when they find wealth. As a guy, - Have a Legit job (any job or work) - Drive a Good car - Stay in a nice apartment or house And you'll see women from all walks of live claiming love. THat word "Love" to me is too complex to Understand! For now, it only exists when certain conditions are met! |
Not just Ikeja distriibution company o. Places like festac where I stay that's under eko distribution(ekedc). Omo the power has been totally abysmal these few weeks. Not forgetting the tariff. Formely on the Phcn bill is a tariff of 15.63 naira/kilowatt. Now I just saw 22naira kilowatt on the new bill. About 50% Increase! **************************************** E.g Mr Chuks consumes 300kw of power in jan Phcn charges him 15.63/kwh His Bill = 300 * 15.63 = 4689 (Vat not inclusive) *************************************** Due to Increase in Tariff, Mr Chuks decides to reduce his consumption to 250kw in February Phcn charges him a new tarriff of 22kw/h His Bill = 250 * 22 = 5500(Vat not inclusive) ************************************** CONCLUSION: Despite the fact Mr chuks reduced his monthly consumption to reduce expenses & Improve his standard of living, the FG has already condemned him to Hardship with the Massive Tarrif! #God help Naija. If you make use of postpaid where PHCN estimates the consumption for you, NDO(sorry)! Lol coz ur consumption go dey high like our exchange rate each month
|
This is one of the cons of having private investors run a sector in the economy. They are all after their pocket, no regard for the welfare of the people. See phcn, from about 15 naira per kilowatt, today its 22naira per kilowatt & counting, yet no Improvement in power supply. About 50% Tariff Increase #Privatization can either make or break the society. #lekki garden developers kwantinue. No wonder financial experts say "THE MARKET TODAY IS RUN BY EMOTIONS & GREED AND NOT LOGIC" |
2rutalk1:Hey Mr, it wasn't his time to die. Man's Free will action led to his sudden death and not fate/destiny like u'v stated. Why do you run to the hospital/chemist when you are sick? Why didn't you sit down and let fate take its cause on your sick bed Why rush & treat yourself? Lemme have you note that, If that man had put on a seat-belt, if the car wasn't over-speeding. If that car was on a gentle cruise of 60-70km/h. That man wouldn't have died. We are fond of relating evil things to God. If your child comes back with a poor result from school, you'll obviously scream & shout. Whereas you could have just smiled & say fate/destiny is playing out in your childs life. Smh! #Destiny vs Freewill #Debate for all.

bukatyne:The truth of the matter is you'v no point. You are looking for proofs to support gender-equality but the "koko" is that there is none. Even in our Nigerian constitution, there is no Fairness towards the men. YES! The same women shouting gender equality don't even knw that they are highly favoured. 1) According to the Nigerian constitution guiding rape offence, A woman cannot RAPE a man. Its not POSSIBLE according to our law . 2) According to the criminal code, fight between two men in public is seen as felony but between women its seen as a Misdemeanour(lesser offence) 3) According to labour act women are prohibited from any Night work be iit public or private attachment with exception to nurses only. These are the ones I can remember, yet you think the Nigerian law is fair to us men. Smh! |
bukatyne:Hey Miss, you are mixing everything up. Frst I said EQUITY(fairness) not equality. Then you asked who should determines what is fair for a person? And I said all of us, men and women ,we adults in general. Our young boys today will become tomorrow men! Even if you are not vibrant enough to voice your opinion in public. You have little kids around you, You have little cousins or nephews we can all start by teaching them how to be fair to one another! There is no rule anyway that says a woman cannot head a man in an office. Or a woman should earn in thousands & a man in millions. We all deserve to be treated fairly! And I don't support equality. Women are weaker sex, there are certain measures you don't dish out to a woman simply because she preaches women equality. Women who talk bout gender equality are most clamouring for a right to be arrogant and talk anyhow to fellow man because she feels they are equal. NO! If we respect one another, talks of feminism wouldn't even exist! EQUITY is the watchword, treat a woman as you would do yourself & vice-versa. But like I said, this doesn't mean a woman cannot head a department in an office or other higher positions. |
bukatyne:Who determines equity? It starts with you & I. If we are gearing towards a nation that will treat both gender with fairness then it starts with us and the character we instill in our children. You know why? Because THE MIND OF A CHILD IS WHERE THE REVOLUTION BEGINS |
YelloweWest:There's been an abuse of the word equality. There should be Gender EQUITY and not gender equality. In otherwords there should be fairness in treating both sexes, whiich is equity not equality.

obailala:There's far much more to that bro. Dangote is highly favoured. If a level playing ground is given to all investors I doubt he would be this rich. There's a bit of unfairness in awarding contract. Didn't you read about the size of the tomato plant? Over 200,000tons capacity per annum. Not forgetting price. Will you agree to buy a nigerian tomato for 60naira when you can get other tomato for #40naira? With the current forex control, sourcing fx for raw-materials for these sorta manufacturers is even more difficult. These are the little favours Mr dangote enjoys. A level playing ground should be metted to all Top enterpreneurs. |
obailala:As regard tomato production, there is a man from town by name "erisco" he has built a tomato plant that is adjudged to be the Biggest tomato plant in africa. He complains how he doesn't receive government favour like other manufacturers do. Infact lastmonth, his plant was commissioned with Aisha buhari present. He has already told the government to outrghtly ban or increase tomato import tax. Because the cost of manufacturing tomato is slightly expensive than Importing, so how can he compete? My fear is dangote's tomato's plant that is coming onboard soon, as a Northerner he could be more favoured than Mr Eric Umeofia (Ceo erisco food) who has already started the race but hasn't received any govt favours yet! |
Op what do u mean by millionare, because if my total asset equals 1milliion naira.does it mean I fall into that category Car - 600,000 Jewellery - 200,000 Bank acct. - 200,000 Total = 1million Abeg which kain millionaire u dey talk about coz millionaire get grade! Any girl who is fond posting pictures of mostly her face is one who isn't proud of her body. Many a times, they are the extremely thin girls. So they upload pics of their faces only to act as a Cover, lol. ![]() |
Bubu will not like this, hehe!

Bryan okwara's jacket is cool but the trouser killed the overall look. John dumelo's suit is slightly oversize, not fitted and nothing stylish Bovi's suit is "tight" but his countenance is not giving that overall catchy look Van Vicker suit is "Tight", the extra accessories (pocket square & etc) are in right places plus he is a wearing a smile. that's the most confident look! VAN VICKER BEST |
OP was fooled and he thought other nigerians reasoned liike him, hehe..Op thiis photo is for you, lol.

**in 50cents words**.....I complimented her. I told her you have a very nice lips and from my imagination I can see her su*king my D**k.

fairheven:Since you have refused to put your brain to work, lemme spoon feed you the details in that comment. Bill gates has grown over the years not because of tithe as you'v alledgedly said but because he is applying the right priciples of growth. I'd like to have you know that even if Bill gates tithed 90%, if his approach towards the growth of microsoft, if his handling was wayward. His company wouldn't grow! In otherwords, Bill gates growth has nothing to do with TITHE! GROWTH IN ITSELF ISN'T A MIRACLE |
fairheven:I don't attend christ embassy. Rhapsody is a book they share everynow & then. And its worthy to learn from other pple because no man is an island. I even quoted matthew 5 vs 45 to buttress my point but you ignored it. Its obvious I hit you hard with those facts and got you mute! |
