For years there was only one hangman in Nigeria. I understand the guy has retired and for now the country has no hangman. If a person is sentenced to death by a court with the pronouncement that he should be hanged, the person's life cannot be terminated by any other way. Since there's no hangman the person will just rot away in prison because there seems to be no-one interested in the job of official killer.

Its good to see that you too is also knowledgeable on this issue. Comments above are suggesting posting the video clips whereas they are totally oblivious on the non-existence of a hangman. Nice one bro!

When Nigerian courts sentence you to death by hanging, just know that you'll not die by hanging but instead you'll rot in jail. Simply because there are no HANG-MEN in nigera. This is an issue that has been discussed on the papers years back.

OP you are correct but I'll like to say its not really what you say that matters in a conversation but how you say it......NON-VERBAL aspect of communication I.e the tone of your voice, your body language is responsible for 60% of the message we pass in a communcation.........Two people can say the same funny joke, exact line but only the one with the best NON VERBAL approach will steal the audience.

I'v got something to add, regarding increase in sea level......for those of you in lagos living @ VI or Lekki or on the island.
