Merry Christmas Nairalanders, I pray we will all witness many more Christmas season in the future.

Here is my story, I couldn't afford to buy chicken or fish for us as a family this Christmas unlike last year, and then I went for okete (Bush meat) and my trap caught a very big one between yesterday night and this morning.

After it was properly boiled with seasoning, my wife then roasted the bush meat, cooked jollof rice, and served everyone.

After we finished eating jollof rice with the bush meat, I asked my children a very simple question, which is the best chicken or bush meat (okete)? They all chorus bush meat.

I am happy that my children with all sincerity and contentment all said that the bush meat is far better than chicken.

The joy on my wife's face gladdens my heart most, that woman will forever remain my Africa queen. I hope I will be able to get one or more like this for us to enjoy in the new year. See pictures below.

through. A family man with 2 boys, thank God I married a good wife who keeps reassuring me that everything will be well.

I'll say I saw an immeasurable goodness of God this year from July.
In fact the protein of bible that says when there's casting down I'll look up to God and say there's lifting up has played out in my life.
No doubt I have a well paying job but God's faithfulness took a different perspective in my life within the short period I'm talking about just d same way it was for me in 2015 to 2016 and during covid-19.
I've always seen God rise up to my occasion whenever majority are crying.
The suprise is that I don't think I merited this goodness.
In this short period I added a new car to my cars.
I bought few plots of lands in locations I cant imagine I would have.
Took care of family affairs more than 1millions better than I used to.
Helped the helpless in a way that I cant explain.
I have alot of good things to say concerning this year especially that I have Hope.

I'll use this opportunity to advise our youths that when things are tough are the time some people make and break records
