Because it is tripe! A gutter game if I ever saw one! |
Blame the British media. Example, on his blog, your friend Trae z says that BBC's site is the best when it comes to covering football. That's a typical English fan talking. He evidently hasn't heard of Xtratime.org, Goal.com and Planetfootball.com! But then, maybe I am biased because I get bored of the English! |
There aren't too many of us fans of la vecchia Signora in Nigeria. But the few of us rock! |
Try http://www.Compvilla.com. Then hold 70k and go to Otigba. |
See, Windows update is about as useless as the next lame duck. The only time I bother with that tripe on my Windows system is for example when I have to install a program and it asks that a particular service pack be installed as a requirement. Why not just go for a great firewall and great anti-virus program? I recommend Zone Alarm, then as per spyware, go for Ad-Aware. That's what I do, and I have no problems at all. |
Most flash drives in te market nowadays are crap. Get a zip if you can afford one, or stick with a CD-RW. |
Zinox comes with the naira sign on their keyboards. For everything else, there is Mastercard ![]() |
Because we hate looking like we are not in control. And that is the impression a taller girl gives off. |
Read this question, come up with an answer, and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick. It is as it reads. No one I know has gotten it right - including me. A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, She believed him to be her dream husband and she fell in love with him right there but did not ask for his number and no matter how hard she tried she could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister. Question: What is her motive for killing her sister? Give this some thought before coming up with an answer. Then scroll down to view the right answer. (Scroll Down) (Scroll Down) (Scroll Down) (Scroll Down) (Scroll Down) (Scroll Down) Answer: She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again. If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly. If you didn't answer the question correctly, good for you. If you got the answer correct, please let me know so I can take you off my buddy's list. Cheerio!!! |

In England there are 4 teams... In order of greatness: Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal... and the rest. I hate English football! ![]() |
Argentina was playing the best football to deserve the title. However, I thought they were lackluster and played on their heels in the final. If anything, Argentina only seemed to get up off of their fat asses until after they had the 2-1 lead, which was completely nonsensical up until that point. Nigeria had a terrible lateral game: bad finishing and they couldn't make a good cross to hit the side of a barn. But in the forward direction, their passing was precise and they sliced deep holes in the Argentina defensive line like it was butter. If Nigeria could actually finish and cross, this match should have ended 3-1 in their favor. What I expected to be Nigeria's demise turned out precisely to be their demise: themselves. They have no one else to blame but themselves for the final loss. The penalties they surrendered were inexcusable and handed over the game. Argentina were lucky, yes, lucky, to come away with a win in the final match. If I were them, I wouldn't be boasting about their great prowess on the pitch after such a lackluster performance in yet another final. |
Forget his eventual falling out with the NFA, watch Nigeria-Zambia and Nigeria-Cote d'Ivoire of 1994 and you will agree that Oliseh was something special. But then, that may just be in terms of potential... Muda Lawal was on everyone's lips when I was growing up, and it is hard to ignore that kind of impact... But then speaking of impact, Beckham isn't as decorated as a footballer as our own Nwankwo Kanu is... The point is this, the question that started this thread is relative! |
Open source (not necessarily Linux) is the future. Man go to places like hotscripts.com and see how fast new releases and advances come out for open source software and scripts. I made the switch to open source almost a year ago, and I have no reason to want to go back to Microsoft and all the greedy bastards! Linux vs Windows (Linux) OpenOffice.org vs Microsoft Office (OpenOffice.org) Norton/McAfee vs Zone Alarm/Anti-Vir (Zone Alarm/Anti-Vir) Adobe Acrobat vs FOXit PDF (FOXit PDF) Firefox vs Iinternet Explorer (Firefox) Trillian vs MSN Messenger (Trillian) PHP vs ASP/CFM (PHP) MySQL vs MDB (MySQL) It is only in the areas of graphics (Photoshop still beats GIMP anyday), web design (note that web design and web development are different, and I accept that Dreamweaver is still light years ahead of VNU), then other areas such as Visio, Corel and games that the open source community is yet to catch up. But it is just a matter of time IMO... |
