please who has the cogent salary structure of FCMB DSA staff? I just recieved an invite for interview and who else got it? Please urgent response will be appreciated. Thanks.

But pls, is there still hope for those roles that were not interviewed for invitation? Because since the interview phase began, i always visit NIMC website to know the the roles interviewed so am very sure of these roles like LEAD GENERATION& SALES, LEAD CONVERSION & SALES.

Please posteritychild, are you now saying that there are some roles that need not to be interviewed before APL will be handed over to them? Because my role(Lead Generation & Sales) have not been interviewed at all i am very sure of that. Pls reply Asap. Bless you.

I asked question and nobody is responding, what about the NIMC job positions like LEAD GENERATION& SALES, LEAD CONVERSION & SALES, CUSTOMER CARE etc that have not recieved invite for interview, will they still be called? Or is the roles not vital to the NIMC?

for instance, Lead Generation & Sales, Lead Conversion & Sales etc have not been invited for interview. Or do we assume that those uninvited role for interview will be given authomatic APL?. Please comment.

gfullmoon: Your observation(s )are by no way in doubt as to objectively affect NIMC credibility. This might be reasons why Most CBT or FG recruitment Exams aren't displayed.

1. Federal xter- If not for Fed Xter, 1-3 states might take all the positions at the detriment of other states. Hence,one from Imo or Kaduna state might score 60 & fail while one might score 45 from Zamfara & pass it.

2. To reduce the pain of ple that 'fail' not because they didn't do better but because their state Applicants were many or too competitive.

3. To reduce unnecessary legal tussle.

4. To accommodate the Nigerian factor.


We're not saying the Whole Exercise is perfect or 100% but it's above 60% quite unlike the country we all knew thus,it's worthy of commendation in this our clime. Intensify in ur prayers u might still be called cos is not over yet as many didn't showed up during the Interview. Good luck!

You guys have commented well based on your observation so far towards NIMC recruitment process, but as for me o, i will say that the process was not credible. How can you explain these, i wrote the CBT since April 27th, no result shown, interview invite was sent to some candidate, training invite followed and subsequently APL will come next. Atleast, my result should have been shown to me to help reduce pressure thereby giving me hope for invite and not randomly and secretly shortlisting/selection. Anyway my fingers and my legs are still crossed.. Thanks.

I also received the application form through my email but i am also doubting this stuff because i have not seen or heard where an advert will be placed on a particular job role without stating the required qualifications and years of experience for prospective job seekers. Come to think of it we just submitted our CV's and an application form sent for filling, interview to come next online not face to face and subsequently APL. 'Na so e easy every graduate for no dey unemployed'.
Since we have committed ourselves first, lets follow them with wisdom, don't dull yourself be alert as we continue with the process.

Hello bodmas, when the company(moneyBox Africa) sent you invitation for an interview am very sure that they included their website in the message. So why dont you check the site to know if they are real or not and stop panicking.

I dnt really have the idea of their salary structure but i guess it should be between the range of 35k-40k since the position is meant for ND holders only.
As for the medium which i used to apply and recieved the invite was through email and Phone respectively. Thanks.

If i may ask, What do you understand by "LEADS" in business term? In business or marketing environment LEADS simply means a potential client. Meaning that this potential client need 2 be educated on a particular product or service so that he will be convinced to do business with the company by so doing he will authomatically converted to a CLIENT.
This conversion is what is called "LEAD CONVERSION TO SALES" . No offence pls o. Bless you as u understand.

My fellow Nimc applicants, i have been following this trend right from the day sms was sent massively for an aptitude test till date and i am very impressed with you all. Also i like the moral in you all as regards being optimistic irrespective of the delay in calling others for interview. Lets continue in the faith.

I submitted my CV 1st week of Feb.,2013. So did you say that pple are writing text everyday? But pls are you sure that those pple writing are the pple who submitted their CV's this year 2013? 'because i don tire 4 dis everyday CV submission without acknowledgement or feedback o'.

Home-buck, i am nt 2sure that NIMC Job is a scam because i received the msg and i called their help desk and a Lady picked the call and she explained 2me on how 2get the my exam location,slip and date via www.nimcjob.com and she also asked to know if there is any other challenges am facing as regards the nimc stuff and i said no and she hangged up.

drlizzy: Why on earth should they refer people to States other than their preferred exam location?

drlizzy Pls NIMC cant refer any applicant to another state other than their preferred exam location, refer back to your application process maybe you chosen a wrong exam location. I chose Lagos and I am given the Lagos centre. Thanks.
