I just got my EB 2 NIW petition approved,

Paid premium processing so it was approved in 5 days.

Can someone please enlighten me on the process lenght ?

My priority date is Jan 14 , 2024..
whats next ..do I just keep waiting ..seems the EB2 NIW is a long long wait time.

1. Industrial court orders ASUU to resume.
2. ASUU appeals the order of industrial court.
3. Appeal court orders ASUU to comply with industrial court rulling before it can hear ASUU's appeal against the industrial court rulling.
