My mother and elder sister sold our late father's house secretly without our consent around february this year but we just found out only recently.It's a 4 bedroom bungalow.The buyer has completed renovation.Have we lost out? I have this neighbour who rented a room and parlour self con
But the kitchen in their flat is very big as a family of 5 with plenty friends

They converted the kitchen to a Room and starting bringing their plate to the back of my bedroom window to wash

If you hear the noise of plates n pot u will pity me I can't sleep cos of constant noise n fight very loud, the whole noise feels as if it's happening in my flat.


Sometimes this plates and pots smells like a dead rat and I will be force to close my window.

I have begged this family severally to to wash their plates inside their flat but I will never listen rather they will be throwing tantrums.

Recently they made it a permanent place of washing plates n pots

So I had to involve the landlord and he asked them to stop

Since they the entire family have been in their flat insulting me calling me names.

Am becoming very uncomfortable

Right now I don't know what action to take cos I don't want to respond to any of this insult

How do I put an end to this .

My brother if you like the area and house, just ignore them otherwise look for another place and move out... I hate having this kind of neighbors(especially when the family is much) poor people na them born too much pass..... Nonsense!!!!!! I will definitely emulate my Parents style, just 3 of us, no stress...

15k Yam
1k for 4 bag of sachet water.
3k I will keep it in my pocket.

5k red and groundnut oil.
10k gas refilling.
2k to get maggi, salt, onions, dry pepper and two sachet of tomato.

Oga leave that tithe matter for your list first..... I go collect the food items sharply... If you still collect the 100k, you nor go do all these things wey you list for here......

And mind you, this COVID-19🦠😷 loan was suppose to be a grant...

Before nko Their loan disbursements through Nisral(NMFB) was entirely flopped... People go apply for loan, Nisral staff go take him own percentage for loan money and you expect the person wey collect the loan to pay back in full later.... Nonsense!!!!!!!!! Them try recover COVID-19🦠😷 loan small by forcefully debiting people's accounts....
