You could try chewing gum, it has been helping me both to reduce saliva and heartburn

Mamas abeg, I bought plantain for consumption and in the process another customer told me it's not good for pregnant women that it affects babies.. please, how true is this?? She says it causes ökà in Yoruba I don't know the English word for it.

I eat plantain, it's good for pregnancy and even the unripe one has lots of nutrients. Enjoy your plantain.

Sorry, do you like oranges? Oranges helps me feel hungry when I don't have appetite. You can also try apples, just munch on one and see if you will feel hungry.

Bathe with warm water and have someone use rubb to massage the back. I use aboniki and it helps. You can also do gentle stretches to relieve the ache, put both hands on a table or bed and stretch back gently.

Present, Cappo, malaria held me down here and I treated Malaria last month, headache, body pain, hotness of the Body, food aversion, swollen gum and boil in the nose. Only me with all this full package, and I have not started antinatal yet, will go for Typhoid and Malaria test today by God's grace. How are you doing also?

Sorry about that. Please take good care of yourself and register for antinatal so your doctor can monitor your health. May the Lord protect you and your baby. Please don't self-Medicate.

My own is body pain and sciatic pain, and the bone in my bum hurts badly. Walking and sleeping is now becoming an issue, aboniki and massage has been helping me.

There was a year some mamas tried it in St. Ives hospital and had massive success. About three years ago. Check out @ Towerofgrace profile and read her diary. She used St. Ives too and I also wanted to use it before a miracle happened. Three years ago, it was around 500k for a cycle or 400k. Three cycles was about 550 or 700. I am not sure about the price and I think most of the Mamas used the branch on the Island. You can check the ttc thread for more info too.
