So after my second daughter, I planned on resting and slaying for at least four years before another Belle.. but GOD has his own plans... Found out I was pregnant again after my daughter clocked one, and the pregnancy journey began....
First trimester was not funny at all from vomiting to spitting to extreme tiredness, then second trimester came and I had small relief... Third trimester started with waist pain and spitting and lack of appetite... Scans gave me alot of dates from 24 to 30th but my doctor insisted we Stick with 30th.. on the 22nd I woke with a cramp but I just brushed it off as Braxton Hicks contractions but it kept getting stronger so I prepared and went to the hospital to be checked without my bag oh because I thought it might be false labour as it has happened to me before in my previous pregnancies. When the nurse checkedshe said I was already 5cm and requested for my baby items, naso I rush go house go carry am. Wen I got back to labour room the contractions were seriously unbearable and wen the nurse checked she immediately asked me to climbed the main delivery bed as baby's head was already coming., But insisted I don't push yet naso I tell her say I want to poo, she said I should turn sideways and do it, I did that but I could feel my baby coming out and I kept telling her to check but she was still busy trying to fix the line for the drip... Wen I couldn't hold it anymore I just turned back and at two strong push my son was out crying... That's how I gave birth to my son within 10 to 15 minutes of serious labour oh... Lol.... AlhamduliLah.

You can take lipton if you want, I take top tea every day but not to reduce baby's weight. Just maintain a healthy diet and baby will be fine.

Good evening mamas, I intend to change my surname to my husband's name. Does anyone has NIN contact at the LGA that can be referred. I live at Aboru Iyana Ipaja.

In 2019, some guy helped me with this but he asked me to do a change of name in the newspaper first and I paid 3k for it. Then when I did NIN, I showed them the newspaper clipping and court marriage certificate (you can show them one) and they will allow you. Secondly, at the time, I paid a lady at Ikotun NIn center 1k to help me put my name down on the form because of the queue. I still have their contacts. But I have no direct contact with an official.

What and what is needed, how often? and what's the advantage of it sef. MIL said I should use soap sponge on the nipple. I don't know why I'm finding it difficult to accept that advice. Please any advice will help.

Thanks for checking up. For me... I am still enjoying the honeymoon part of the pregnancy. It’s the baby’s kicks and my tummy that reminds me that I am pregnant. I have gone halfway with shopping...hoping to be done before 32 weeks.

Thanks for the mention too, we are good, I did scan last week too and showed baby in a breeched position, hopefully he changes position too , in all just normal backpain, increased appetite. I bought few things, would complete the list by next month,by God's grace because things are quite expensive o

Good morning mamas. Pls I'm having watery discharge intermittently,it doesn't trickle down but my vagina is always wet. Sometimes its milky and other times plain. What could be the cause? Should i go to hospital? We are 29weeks.

I think it's because you are getting close. If it is geeenish or yellowish and smelly, that's when you should be worried. Had it too. You can get a scan done too to ease your mind.

Team October mamas, how are you all doing? I have seen posts from a few of you, MercyMercy, Tgirltemmy (sorry about the back pain. Massage and gentle stretches will help)
Other mamas, how are you? As for me, I am dealing with constant backache, feeling sleepy all the time and an insane hunger yet no apetite. The scan I did two weeks ago showed baby is in breeched position (praying he gets into the right position before our time is near)

Good afternoon awesome mummies I need your help but don't mind my new moniker I had to change it due to lot of reasons.
My last menstrual cycle was June 2nd and according to lmp I should be around 7weeks but according to me minus the two weeks I should be around 5weeks,I am team March but last week Friday I went for scan and only gestational sac was seen,no yolk sac and no fetal pole.I am worried because at around 5weeks there should be at least yolk sac please help me I am bothered

Please wait until another two weeks. I saw the first scan result I did for my daughter in 2020 yesterday and was laughing. They wrote thickened endometrium, early implantation? And they asked me to expect a period or do hormonal profile test. Just be hopeful and patient until another two weeks. May it be good news for you.

Hello fam, so I decided to share my testimony finally!

I have actually been following this thread silently ever since I conceived last year, and my EDD was May but we moved to June.

I got married about 3 years ago, expected pregnancy for the first month but nothing, I was like…never! I felt it was the medications I took the prev month that affected me, so we tried again and months became 1 year and almost 2 years before God finally picked my call.

Just before I continue, sometimes delays are from God and are blessings in disguise and sometimes to also avert evil.
So while waiting, make sure you have a close relationship with God and not just because you want Him to bless you with a child but because you truly love God.

Back to my testimony…

After conceiving, I started following this thread for helpful tips and would laugh at the funny comments and I just love how this place feels like a home lol
I had pre-term Labour when I was 5 months pregnant but God took control. I had serious contractions, and I almost dismissed it thinking it was normal until I got to the clinic when the pain became severe.
I was given injections and the Labour stopped, Glory to God Almighty.

I applied for Visa to join my husband in the UK when I was 8 months pregnant, and by then I was living with my brother since my hubby left.
After applying, I thought I was going to get my visa in few days or weeks, Mehn! This was how I started crying every single day o! Visa refused to come and I was closed to my EDD. I and hubby started to pray to God, we prophesied to the baby to hold on till I get to UK and we kept doing this every single day. At 37th week, the nurses told me to just bring my baby stuff as it seems I might just deliver before I travel ( This means, starting all over because the process go long especially with delays with international passport these days and money for visa for a new child is same as adult which is extremely expensive and by the time we are done, my entry period would have expired and I would need to start same process and pay same money again!!! ). Chai the way I cried ehnnnn…my people! I have never cried that much before! Every single day, I would cry like a baby o! I almost thought I wouldn’t have any tears left as each day passed but every single day, the tears dey full!!! I wasn’t just crying, I was praying also like my life depends on it and I have always known God to be the God of 11th hour miracles.
On the 38th week, I just gba ka mu and said let God’s will be done!
The Mighty One, The Great One, The I AM THA I AM, The Story Changer, Mighty In Battle, Too Faithful to fail, Dependable & Reliable God came through!

On that Monday of my 38th week, I tracked my visa, saw it was in Nigeria, I didn’t even confirm if it had arrived Nigeria, I just ran there to pick up but I was almost sent back because they were yet to send me a pick up mail, but God showed me mercy and one guy decided to help out and they told me it is usually not done this way. Well I am serving the God that breaks protocols, so I knew He would break protocols for me.
I picked my Visa, booked a straight flight m that was so cheap same day! Infact ehnnn Flight that should be around 1m plus, I got for 300k plus - Virgin Atlantic. I flew out of Nigeria the next morning!

What God cannot do, doesn’t exists o!

My EDD was May, but God ensured I did all the registration I needed to do in the UK, got all needed baby stuff and the night I packed my baby bag which was the last thing to do, after 2 weeks of arriving UK, it was that night that my Labour started!
To God be the Glory, I delivered a beautiful baby girl o - June.

I got to the hospital around 4am, I was 4cm dilated and around 9am, pushing started and by 10am baby was out with the help of God ooo!!!!

Please Praise God on my behalf!!!!

God who did this for me, will surely give you your own testimonies as well in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen!!!!

Mamas, please help me raise your voices to God that afflictions shall not arise a second time.

I was team November 2015 but put to bed in October. The labor was difficult but God came through for me.

Flash forward to 2017 and I took in, but that pregnancy came down and I was devastated.

I've been trying since then and got a BFP recently. Because of the last miscarriage, my doc told me to report to the hospital as soon as I take in again to get started on weekly progesterone injections and this I did.

However, I'm bleeding. The bleeding started lightly two weeks ago and I was placed on admission for a day, then discharged when the bleeding stopped.

It started again today as I was on my way to take the injection; this will be the fourth. I ran into the hospital as it started at the entrance and the doctor sent me for a scan.

Scan shows the baby is fine and I was grateful, only for me to go use the restroom afterward when I had a huge clotted discharge.

I ran back into the scan room for the photographer to repeat the scan and the result is the same. However, I'm wondering why the bleeding still.

I moved in with my mom and she does practically everything for me so I'm not stressed.

Has anyone gone through any similar experience? The anxiety of not knowing what exactly is wrong and therefore what to expect is killing me.

I'm terrified to go pee now cos I don't want clotted blood discharge. I'm a basket case of nerves right now.

Is it possible to be on bed rest for a while? Not even to walk down the street to buy something. The injection will help but bed rest may also help too. Can you ask your doctor if there is a need for you to put cerclage in?
