I remembered this particular day hunger was flogging me with pònmó belt, a demon in me discovered that there were some "wild" chickens without a "shepherd", loitering around like a lost sheep...

omo, na so I start to dey sprinkle grains of rice on the floor on a straight line till the thing enter my room

Standing like a soldier on a parade ground waiting for orders, I stood behind my door wide open like the gates of hell waiting for my prey

To my utmost surprise, the chicken walked in majestically still picking the grains hungrily. That was when I realized, these animals are really dumb.

Anyways, I did justice to it with my last cube of maggi and salt...

May we not experience such hunger in this life again. Amen

I find it hard to practice punctuality by setting my time ahead of normal time. My mind will always calculate the time difference and think in terms of the actual time.

If I set my watch or clock 10 minutes early, so that when it is 7:50 am everywhere, my own clock says it is already 8:00am; my mind will subtract those 10 minutes and say "you know it is really 7:50am, and not yet 8 abi?" It makes me feel like my time is not accurate.

To be punctual, using the accurate time has always worked best for me. My wristwatch cannot help me by telling lies. Let your 5am be 5am and your 6pm be 6pm. Any other thing is from the hevil won�

Imagine the passage talking about the guarding of loins.

The passage doesn't talk about virginity or sex or something close.

Oh! I thought you'd be able to relate that to passage to what we're discussing here. That's why it's called the book of proverbs. It takes deeper understanding to relate those things.

The verse you quoted is verse 17, which I believe you should understand that it means a virtuous woman should be energetic and strong. In other words HARDWORKING! So you see.
