Hello, I'm going to advise you based on personal experience. Cement business can be lucrative if you're able to sell very large quantity within a very short period. For example if you're able to sell let's say 600 bags within a week multiply your profit of between ₦70 and ₦100 you will be doing well.
People who make bigger profit usually combine sales with block making. If you're unable to achieve either of the above, I advise you reconsider your decision. It's an advice based on personal experience.

After all been said and done, I am a proud Yoruba man from Kogi State agitating for our own state
God willing, it shall be accomplished.

The ignorance of some Nigerians who have never travelled beyond their state is amusing and irritating. For someone to say Okuns are not Yorubas or forced themselves to be ceded to any other state in Nigeria is crass ignorance. Creation of states has always been by military fiat without the ethnic nationalities input. Okun people never agitated for Kogi state. Babangida singlehandedly did that making us a minority without any option. The transition has started and by the grace of God it will be achieved.
