The CBN deadline should not be extended provision has already been made for those who still have the old naira to go to any CBN office to swap their money after the deadline.

What the CBN should do now is to prevail on banks to make the new notes available to people. I also hope they can find a way to get the bank's playing saboteur to face the consequences.

I will try to enlighten you because you seriously need it.

1) If you read the write up, you will see where I said I'm from SS ( South South) though not from Rivers state. In Nigeria we have 6 or 5 states in South West, 5 or 6 states in South East and 6 states in South South. If you don't know these simple things then I advise you to go back to school.

2) Try to quit tribal sentiment when engaging people. It portrays you as unlearned person.

3) Even the suppose tribe (Yoruba) you re trying to praise are nothing but laughing stock which no body really want to associate with in other regions of the country.[color=#006600]

Was it right for PDP to zone the presidential TT to SS or SE?

Well I think we should look at it from this angle. PDP ruled for 16 years before they finally lost to Buhari. During this 16 years. We had 3 presidents . OBJ who ruled for 8 years.
We had Yar Adua who barely ruled for 2 years then GEJ who ruled for almost 7 years.

OBJ was from the SW , Yar Adua was from the North and GEJ from the SS. So in that 16 years the north actually ruled for 2 years.

So should the TT have been zoned yes . But to where . To South East. Why ? because they were the ones who was yet to rule.


So why was it not zoned?

Vested interest came at play . Some persons outside South East wanted to run so they had to expanded it to SS and SE trying to argue from the fact that Buhari is from the north but he is APC and this is PDP. Eventually it was thrown open since they failed to arrived at a conclusion where to micro zone it to. At the end Wike lost the primary and he went on rampage.

Why did Ayu not resign for the greater good of the party?

1) His resignation became impossible because what should have be said or discussed behind close doors were been discussed on national television hence ego sets in.

2) Some south South governors were against his resignation because they perceive people who want him gone are trying to play God in the region.


Why did AA not resolve the issue by picking Wike as vice and getting Okowa to agree to it for the greater good.

This was because he (AA) does not rate Wike high. He obviously has concern with Wike's personality.

As for the presidential election,
The people are Obedient but they may vote Atiku due to the following.
1) Obi people (South East has been unable to support him convincingly well enough and that may deter the moral , people are not so sure about his chances outside South South states too
2) Okowa is to be VP if AA win and he is from Delta which is a sister state and every one now wil prefer PDP to APC.
3) Every one is hugely unsatisfied with Buhari government hence it affects Tinubu because he can not exonerate him self from the failed government. Also added to his health issue. So he is likely a no go area.

Note above is my observations.
Edo people are very liberal they will always vote their mind inrespective of who is in power. The best the sitting government can do is to manipulate the figure through INEC returning officers

Where was the president Buhari while he was doing all these?.

Ayu's stubbornness and Atiku's notorious character of not keeping to agreement will cost the PDP millions of votes..... And like Wike said some weeks ago, he will not only campaign for his preferred candidate in Rivers State, he will move to different states to campaign for that person.

The 2 governors from the east are likely to align with their brother (PO). Same as Otom.

Makinde is expected to align with BAT. BAT will win Oyo no matter what.

Rivers state is the only open slot among the 5 states. Most Rivers people are obedient as far as this election is concern so it will be a difficult thing for Wike to tell them to do otherwise. Best bet he will align with them to save face.

So from what you are seeing happening in Edo State now, do you still honestly believe Obaseki was a lesser evil to Ize Iyamu? If so, then how come Ize Iyamu, the bigger evil, was preferred in 2016 according to the same you? And how exactly did you come to the conclusion that Edo people prefer having Atiku, a Fulani, succeed Buhari - another Fulani, over Tinubu? If anything, only Obaseki and the few benefiting from him currently support a Fulani-Fulani succession. No rational thinking Edo State person would accept that. And majority of Edo people currently hate Obaseki and anything which has to do with him directly or indirectly.

We have no issue with Eze Iynamu infact we voted him as our governor ahead of Obaseki when Oshomole was leaving office. when vote counting was ongoing, he was leading and at mid night, INEC said they will continue the counting in the morning and when they came back, Obaseki was declared winner.

1) When we voted Eze Iyamu ahead of Obaseki, it was not about Obaseki but was because we had issue with Oshomole and Obaseki was coming through Oshomole.

2) Fast track forward, When we voted Obaseki ahead of Eze Iyamu, it was not about Eze Iyamu or Obaseki. But Eze Iyamu was coming through Oshomole and we have issues with Oshomole.

The APC governors where the one's who inflated the figures to $400M+. Did you not see where it was reported that the governor's wanted the money to be able to win Osun state governorship election? The reported amount owed to Ned is around $150M which is still insane for such a service.
