olajide_07: In all sincerity makoko is an eye saw from direct defecation into the lagoon to the shanty structures along the water front on this same forum some time ago their was a fire out break that killed close to 3 people at makoko, including a pregnant woman and a 5yr old kid now their is about to be a power station which needs the water line, and their would be collateral deaths along that axis if they are not relocated on time if they don't know educated people should know better.

Why won't Nigeria be the first? Even the man that was crying fowl, may have been encouraging examination malpractice.
No thanks to the advent of private schools who are only interested in making money as a result they admit everyperson and promote them to the next class even when 85% to 95% failed the examination.
Revoking the license of these mushroom private schools would go a long way to curbing examination malpractice.

rasputinn: Rubbish story.Name one case where used scrathed cards were used as exhibits to trace criminal suspects.
I've discussed with some senior police officers and they laughed off the suggestion and opined that some yahoo boys may have started cloning recharge cards with info obatined from used ones,therefore maybe someone with one of the telecom operators just threw this story into the public domain to make people destroy the info the yahoo boys would otherwise have gotten from the used scratch cards.

People are so fearful and so gullible.Well I guess it comes with the territory

I know a proprietor of a school who his only interest is to get money from the parents to hire mercenaries to solve/write the solutions to SSCE on the black board for the students to copy; he'll further advice the parents to enrol their wards into private universities to avoid delay in their education as well as better grades: quoting the said proprietor "though you'll pay for the grades as school fees and logistics". 98% of these students can hardly write their names correctly. Private schools-the bane of Nigerian education.

From private primary school to private secondary school, where examination malpractice is legal, to private university. 88-first class? One day all the graduating students will come out with first class.


That means better doctors, better engineers etc. Hmmmmm...

I keep asking; if our suggestion on Nairaland forum do get to the appropriate quarters. If it does, I'm sure the contributions and suggestions here are enough to create a huge positive impact in our country-NIGERIA. Why would these men be walking freely on the road. As much I know, GEJ is far more better than those persons. Buhari? The worst thing that would happen to Nigeria. Any person supporting Buhari is a criminal.
