My sister, I tire o o. He needs to bear these in mind:
1. Non Japanese products generally have low second hand value in nigeria compared to their Asian competitors like Toyota and Honda.Even Hyundai dont have good second hand value.
2. Anyone buying it will consider maintenance costs especially spare parts.
3. The German vehicles are very reliable and rugged but good mechanics for them are hard to come by.
4. The price Quoted will get one very recent models of a Toyota and Honda (Tokunbo)which are the best choices in Nigeria.
5. A smart seller will either sow the car to someone or sell to anyone that is interested with a fair offer.

Very true. I have a friend like dat. He sampled beautiful women but ended up marrying an ugly lady. segcymoor: In the first place, In line with structural design we are doing 44 points with 450 diameter of 7m depth. Each point expeted to cost average of 80k. Hence, 80k x 44 point (note : piling alone)
