Hello everyone. I'm a bit confused. I have work experience as a medical laboratory technologist from September 2019 - January 2021 and I'm hoping for a healthcare draw before the year runs out.

I've been under the assumption that my 2020 experience can count towards the healthcare occupation draws since the year 2020 is in the last three years. But someone said the experience would start counting from this year backwards, meaning only experience from 2021 counts.

Can someone please confirm if this is true? If my experience in 2020 will not be considered.

You had better start thanking God for this early Christmas gift He has given you. You that should be doing thanksgiving in church, you're here crying.

Is it the wedding plans of next year you're looking at? The bitter truth is that your marriage would most likely not have happened. A man that refuses to take pictures with or even send pictures to his girlfriend of almost two years but is happily exchanging with his so called friend?

Emotionally his heart is with her, and that's why he has neither texted nor called. Or he would have married you then eventually marry her into that same house and the next thing you'd hear is, after all I'm a muslim and it is permitted in my religion.

Your first sign of his cheating was when he was constantly checking your phone. People who cheat are always dreadfully suspicious about their partners because they believe everyone is doing the same thing that they are doing.

So sis, this one's not for you and God got you out early. Though it may hurt now, but when I tell you that five years down the line when you're laughing with your husband and kids and you randomly remember how you felt about this guy, you would just be laughing at yourself.

Or you can as well go and beg him and let the misery begin. It's your call 🤷🏽‍♀️

Pls guys how can i get to surulere from mile 2

Don't know if you still need this, but from Mile 2 take a bus going to Orile, tfare is like ₦200. Then from Orile take keke or korope going to Masha. Also around ₦200. Total time is like 30 minutes.

I don't know why that guy would suggest going to Oshodi first. That's just a waste of time and money undecided

I rescheduled a few days to the exam, evidence of my passport not being with me at that moment and the forms I was sent via email.
Documents will be case-specific, they are now very responsive via phone calls and email, so you can try to reach them and they’ll tell you what to send. It wasn’t anything difficult.

Thank you, this helped.

Did you reschedule before your exam date or did the exam date? Also please what document did you provide?

And this is a prime example of how vile scammers are. They don't care if you die, they don't care if that was your money, they don't care if it was for surgery for your sick child, they will steal that money and the most painful thing is that they will spend it recklessly, on the most stupid things.

The OP said his sister wants to commit suicide yet there is an animal here that is still looking to steal from her. Absolute gutter behaviour🤮

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of ECA evaluation by WES and i need clarification about something, I see that the highest level of education is what is required to submit for evaluation, In my case my BSc is only 3 years as i entered through direct entry (IJMB) and i saw the below statement on WES website:

"If you had direct entry into the second year of study, you must also provide documentation for prior study, e.g. IJMB exam certificate, A-level results, National Certificate of Education, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma."

My question is do i need to add IJMB as part of the evaluation which needs to be sent by ABU Zaria or just add only my BSc and wait till WES reaches out and i provide the exam certificates? I saw in the previous threads that some people also had issues with this specifically, I'd appreciate some answers or if anyone who had this issue and was able to sort it out could guide me.

Thank you

Send them both. Don't wait until they ask you for additional documents before you send your diploma because you'll only be delaying your evaluation.

You should go early, they were particular about that. Don't think they stopped anyone from interviewing for latecoming but you'll likely be delayed

Check the NDLEA website for the requirements for the screening/interview

To start the process, you go through a Urine drug test

While you wait for the results of the UDT, you proceed to wait on a queue for your documentation. Your documents are checked and whichever ones you brought are ticked on a form. for this, get your credentials and their photocopies handy

After your documentation, you again wait on a queue for your interview before a panel of senior management officials who take turns in drilling you. If you're professional especially lawyers get ready for technical law questions. If you are not a professional, get familiar with NDLEA as an agency. In my venue, they interviewed us in threes

GL

Were they particular about the dress code of white vest and navy blue shorts and white sneakers? Were people without these clothes still allowed to continue?

Thank you. I used IELTS Liz and the free resources you get from the British Council website after registering.

Those free resources were the real deal, their practice tests really helped with listening and reading.

I used the IELTS Liz mainly for speaking and writing tips. I didn't practice these two.

Wow you did so good. I know right. But Band 7 seems like a fair score for writing to aid your applications. I may be wrong. But you did good. Means your Task 2 would have been really strong.

It would have been good if not that I need it for express entry. I've decided to remark, fingers crossed that I get moved to 7.5 in writing.

Thank you so much for the info. It's seems you did the computer based test? I wrote the paper test.

I too did not finish my task one but hopefully task 2 supplements for us because I believe it carries 60 percent weight while task 1 carries 30.

🙏🏿.

My result is out. That writing I didn't finish really did me in 😭
I am so pained. I'm considering remarking but scared that it might be a futile effort, especially knowing quite well that I did not finish.

How was your exam? Did you write in Lagos on May 20 because I did too?

And anyone knows how long it takes for the result to be out and are we suppose to get a mail before that?

Yes, I wrote on the 20th. It was actually okay, although, I'm a little concerned about my writing because I did not finish task 1, and I need to max out my scores. Hopefully it will be fine.

Results come out three to five days after the test and a link will be sent to you to view your result. So I'll start checking my mail from Tuesday.

Will writing on her phone give her issues?

Hello everyone, I booked my IELTS listening, reading, writing and speaking on the same date, 20th of May.

The first three are from 9am to 11:30am, while my speaking test is from 1:00pm to 1:20pm. I'm a bit worried that I the time the first batch ends is going to clash with the time the listening test begins.

Has anyone here booked their test like this, with the listening test coming up right after the other ones?

Omo! this reminds me of a faithful day I had taken my crush out for lunch.

It was a sunday evening and we had gone to this newly opened fast-food joint to chill - Bills on me!

When we got there, she ordered jollof rice, chicken and moi-moi, and so did i. We also had a pack of hollandia yogurt each to step down our meal.

I did a rough calculation of everything in my head and it summed up to about 10k. I had 15k with me so no problem.

So we were busy eating and chatting when I overheard a customer complaining with raised voice. He had just been served his bill and he couldn't hide his anger at the exorbitant cost of his meal.

"10k for a plate of moi-moi? wetin una put inside!!"? He barked

When I heard moi-moi, I turned to his direction.

"This is corr.uption!" He yelled "Ordinary moi-moi 10k!"

When I looked at his table, I realized his moi-moi was even the small size, meanwhile we ordered the jumbo size.

I called one of the waitresses.

"Nne, biko how much is the moi-moi?" I whispered to her ear

"25k sir" She snapped

"No, I mean just the moi-moi, not the total bill" I voiced

"That's what am saying, sir" She reiterated "This is the jumbo pack and it's 25k for one"

At that moment the moi-moi in my mouth began tasting like agidi.

"Bia Nne" I leaned towards my crush "Can you run?"

"Run? why?" She asked in a confused tone

"Just answer, Yes or No?"

"Okay, Yes I can run. What's the problem?"

"Very good. See, when you hear, on your mark.. set.. Go! You will run outside with speed and take left while I take right"

"Nnamdi, i understand what you are saying, running to where?"

"Nne shut up first! When you reach house, you'll understand"

What's your experience?

Ahn ahn! Brother! This your zobo sweet but softly na.

Hello Everyone.
Please I'm just starting with WES. It seems I will have to pay before sending my transcript. Is that how it is?
I also can't find where to upload my certificate.
Please help. Thanks

If you don't pay how do you want to get the WES reference number which you are to give to your school to include when sending your transcript?

Abi you get plenty money to send transcript twice?

Who has recently evaluated their Babcock undergraduate degree with WES?

Can you please summarize the steps taken. Does Babcock use ETX? Also how much did it cost you?

A friend of mine wants to evaluate his Babcock degree and he is confused as to the exact steps to take to prevent avoidable mistakes.

Lol, really! Why not go straight to jumia na, instead of coming here to ask. Like you said, you don't know much so let people guide you.

Now at that price point of 200k, you'll get a good USED pc that will surprise you. If you can add 30-50k you'll be surprised what you end up with.
I bought a laptop for a friend just this last thursday for 245k; Specs goes thus;

-HP ELITEBOOK X360 1030 G2 (2 in 1)
-Core i5-7300u
-256GB SSD Internal storage
-16 GB Ram (Speed 2133MHz)
-13.3 inches touch screen.

I believe the laptop could be cheaper if I had gotten it from someone like Rakiticbarca, Acekid109 etc.

In all, don't go for a pc with a score that is less than 3500 (the higher the better) on Cpu Benchmark, 8GB Ram, 256GB SSD Internal storage etc.
You can explore the AMD processors too. They are a killer pass right now. Happy laptop hunting.

Thanks, this was helpful
