Who knows the address of the DHL office in Abuja, you can sent your passport to.

elenewton1:
For lagos Office:

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

Canada Visa Application Centre
Ground Floor, The Manor
Plot 110, Admiral Ayinla Way, Lekki Phase 1
lagos
Nigeria

Documents to go with to the DHL Office:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International passport itself
- passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)
-Two copies of signed vfs consent forms(fill and sign just the second page )

The vfs consent form is attached below

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your passport sent to when ready.

Thanks for the details@Omiinii.... please about the consent form, I opened the link I can't see where to download the form, please can you direct me where I can find the form in the specified link?

Omiinii:
How I sent my Passport to Abuja.

I did my Biometrics in Lagos but I sent my passport to Abuja,
So I had to pay a transmission fee of NGN 8,920 to this account
CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION ACCOUNT (a/c no 0065165839) sterling bank.

I bought a fresh brown envelope and added the following documents, so follow:

- Your International Passport itself (That your passport !!)

- Print only 1 copy of the transmission fee payment receipt and put in your envelope

- 2 copies of your passport data page (I printed it in colored copy)

- Those stapled papers that was given to you after the completion of your Biometrics (if you don't have it. It's not necessary)

- The PPR letter (1 copy)

- 2 copies of the Consent form (I filled and signed the second page only) . Download the consent from here: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/dominicanrepublic/pdf/Consent-Form-TTS-English.pdf

- A plain sheet of paper where you can write your address and phone number (this is not really needed though, but I added it)
NOTE: I paid for 2 ways Courier at DHL and insured it to and fro

2 courier means: As I am sending my passport to Abuja, I want Abuja to send back my STAMPED passport to the address I stated on the Courier

Hello Cloudweb

You know it's a custom in this house for approved applicants to share the Timeline of their approved applications to the house and you haven't done so and you coming back with questions...

I know your question has been attended to, so do well to drop your timeline before coming back for another question...

Congrats once again..

Peace

PPR just dropped now!!!

July 8th Applicant!!!

I give all my wholehearted Thanks to Jehovah God, he is the only Visa Officer who approved my visa.

Mat 7:7,8 says
"Keep on asking, and it will be given you; keep on seeking, and you will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to you; 8 for everyone asking receives, and everyone seeking finds, and to everyone knocking, it will be opened"

Don't joke with Prayer! if you don't know how to pray please keep Praying. He will answer you at the right time.

I thank my able boss...@frankrobbn for his encouraging words and advice. He is really a blessing to this forum.

I wish all ppr awaiters approval!

More Details is coming soon....

Did you apply directly or via an Agent? Cos I was told I can't apply directly as a Nigerian, that I will need an Agent.
