Wrong. I attended an interview haven been reffered by the headnof the interview team. He sent me text before it got to my turn never to mention the staff that reffered me because that's where others who came in before me got things wrong most... Best answers depends on the motive of your interviewers.

I totally agree with u that the best answer depends on the motovow of your interviewers. I have a knowledge that some people have been denied employment opportunities simply because they mention through staff or relatives. They were denied the job because the organization want to give opportunity to people who have genuine interest in working with the company and have no prior close person relations/friends in the company.

Some people here think training is cheap.

No employer will want to spend thousands to make a semi-illiterate useful for his/her business and the semi-illiterate will think he has arrived and jump at few more earning offered by another employer who want to save money by someone using the knowledge he gained somewhere else.

Nigerian graduates, train yourself with your money and don't expect any employer to manage u or waste his/her money for your training.

I pray the PDP nominates him so that he can test his popularity and discover that he is only fit to be his ward town-cryer and not even a presidential candidate for the community of local champions in his local govt area.

America excluded Nigeria because, Nigeria nationals that got permanent residence in the last years has exceeded 50k. Any country who has exceeded 50k within a period of 5 years or thereabout will be excluded.

I can confirm to you that I know an American citizen who was issued 2 years validity Nigerian Visa on american passport before/during the american pre-election activities as shown in the image attached.

So anyone with 2 years validity american visa can still use it without any fear or anyone seeking US visa can still be issued 2 years american visa.

You may be right, but from my own research, what many Nigerian employers do is, once you have reached the stage for promotion/salary increment, they simply replace you with a younger or fresh applicant who's willing to do more for less pay.

This is not bad at all. No one is willing to pay for overpriced item/services with little/no value; so also the employers.

No employer will be willing to let go of a smart staff, the employer will be willing to do anything to keep such staff.
