I've personally gone on a confirmation/verification visit to this lady and her health condition is as reported. She has indeed lost a lot of weight and is in a lot of pains. She could not sit down all through the while i was there. She could barely speak and she was quite weak. I personally plead with all nairalanders to please come to the aid of this lady. I tried very hard to hold back tears when she told me she had to give up her last child to someone to take care of as she was not in a position to do so after she became ill. From my observation, time is of the essence. Please all, nothing is too small, that little amount goes a long way. Let's help her and i pray that Almighty God will help us in our point of need too.

Like every other thing in life, moderation is key.if you have any underlying medical issues,you need to ensure the supplement you intend using will not aggravate it. You have to ensure you are using a supplement based on your diagnosis and don't combine drugs and herbs especially if you're on any prescription meds. And always observe and have tests done after a while to ensure you're having positive results on it. All the best

Even if the manifestation of the dua has not materialised,that doesn't mean that it has gone unanswered. Let's engage in acts that'l strenghten our faith in Allah because that is our primary mission on earth. May Allah make it easy for us.

@ Onose01, please calm down. I guessed as much. Try and visit a good gynae for proper and effective treatment. PID is not something to joke around with. Its definitely connected to the fluid. Don't stress yourself with worries, its a condition that can be easily taken care of. With the proper diagnosis now,the problem is half-solved.

@Onose01, sorry about the pain. Sounds to me like a case of inflammation somewhere. Depending on the severity of the pain. You could be able to pinpoint where the pain stems from. But its important that you know what's causing the pain. Hot water bottle is good ,but if the pain becomes unbearable,you could use pain -reliever.you really shouldn't put yourself through it. Pain medications such as tylenol and aspirin are relatively safe to take.

@mamaoge, Lol . Its the same maca. And you'l most likely have higher libido around O. Not all through the month. What maca does is to nourish the master gland that's in charge of hormones in the body. Which in turn ensures that all hormones are balanced and in good working condition. And naturally,when a woman approaches her O,that's when she has a higher libido which encourages a higher conception rate- isn't God perfect? So don't be afraid pls. For everybody taking BSM, ensure you get a vit C source to go with it. Preferably from fruits or supplement if fruits will not be convinient everyday. BSM contains iron, which cannot be properly absorbed by the body in the absence of vit C. Iron is important especially for ladies due to our "monthly business"(AF) so let's ensure its not wasted

@Omankem, its more likely the clomid that gave you those cysts.and they are likely follicular cysts.You probably didn't use the right dosage for your body hence the unruptured follicles.That's why its always a wrong move to use clomid unsupervised by an ob-gyn. Pls ensure you get a doc that furnishes you with the right info.its every woman's right to have adequate info about their health in order to be able to make an informed decision.besides,that's why you pay consultation fees. You need to take certain steps to reverse the effect of the cysts. Get DIM , take as prescribed on the bottle.this helps the body with estrogen break-down. Take maca capsules. And do castor oil packs like twice a week. and of course, eat right and take smoothies (fruits and veggies) often.

1: Ensure you have your scan in a reputable centre.not just any place ,to eliminate naija issues.
2:insist your doctor grade the category of cyst/s you're having
3:Cysts come and go.depending on your CD
4:There are different types of cysts.not all of them are a cause for concern.
5:have you used any ovulation induction drug/medication in recent time
Are you having pains or symptoms in your pelvic region?
Hot compress can be employed.saturate a small towel in hot water, wring it out ,fold and place on your abdomen.place a hot water bottle on it. This encourages blood flow to the area which eases it and helps break it down. But try and know the exact type so that we can know the way forward. I don't want you to start taking stuff when there is no problem

@taramisore,the ACV without mother is kind of incomplete. Because the mother contains the enzymes that do the good work in the body. Though its not completely useless,you can use it to cook and include in your salad.but pls try and get the one with mother for your daily use.
@iykmau,@mamaoge, BSM and ACV is definately good for big fibroids.but to get a faster and more effective result,I'l advice a more comprehensive approach.such as a fertlity cleanse,DIM plus,mustard+honey.do castor oil packs and change of diet. Adding more smoothies (fruits and veggies) to your diet,cut out processed foods,sugar,excess meat,more proteins and less carbs. And of course,exercise (fibroids feel comfortable in stagnant situations) hope this helps.
@talktozingo,I'm in support of what @venuss said.make sure to get a diagnosis before embarking on any self-help. So you'l be better guided on a course of treatment.but in any case,if you can't do her list,you can pick out vitex (chasteberry / agnus castus) and maca. Its a proven combo that brings lost AF back. A quick addition to the SMEP plan.
Sperm meets egg plan (SMEP) works perfectly well with the use of preseed. Especially for those who don't get enough EWCM. It also goes well with the use of soft cups e.g instead cup and the good menstrual cups such as mooncup. With these,the little swimmers will hopefully head to the desired destination.as long as the tubes are patent.even if its just one patent tube. A modification to the SMEP,if you don't have OPKs, or have anxiety using them,(like I do) you can omit it and just BD on those days stated.hopefully,the party will still go on. Fertility wishes to all!
