As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive.
Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period.
I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.

I'm tired. NL doctors, what can I do?

This is the routine whereby the Igbos got their cursed wealths fron and we all have seen it as normal, thanks to a failed nation we found ourselves where there's nothing like customers protection, u r at the mercy of corruption policemen if u dare have recourse to meet them for help, imagine being duped 350k in this era of austerity, 90% of the shops in alaba, Toyota, computer villages etc owned by the Igbos are dens of fraudsters. I could recollect when they duped me and my brother in alaba, I'd to take a soldier there to get my money, I was so surprised seeing that the soldier and Igbo boys knew each other, I got my money back and the soldier told me he also has been scammed by that same guy and their boss and that was why they quickly refunded my money. Imagine millions of people they must have scammed to earn their money. The last time soldiers ransacked their shops at LASU and killed 1 or 2 of them they were all crying fowls but they failed to realize that it's not everyone they can scam and go scot free. This practice will continue if the good ones among the Igbos refuse to fish out the bad ones among them.

After studying the drama in South Eastern Nigeria I concluded that this region is ruled by 3 different groups:

1. The Federal and state governments which the people have no respect for. The people are only managing them by force against their will.

2. IPOB: The people have 100% love for this group over their governors, and president except those that eat from the treasury who should be prepared to face the music once the people wish is fulfilled.

3. Unknown gunmen: The people fear this group. The people are ready to go back to business on Mondays as ipob have cancelled monday sit at home but this new group forbade it. What makes it more complicated is that this group has no leader and so there's no one to arrest.

I don't see these things coming to an end as the current government brute force approach for sure will not yield any result.
