Lollittaa: As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive. Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period. I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.
I'm tired. NL doctors, what can I do? Avoid sugary and fried stuff Drink lots of water and take multivitamins |

Brother, your girl was not raped. If she was, she would have pressed charges. Many Nigerians are ignorant about what to do when rape happens or reporting it for fear of stigmatization by the community. |

It is no palliative but robbery. Ojukwu’s generation exchanged their Nigerian pounds for Biafran pounds stuck in their wardrobe or under the bed till today. In history ,no conqueror ever pays the conquered for loosing a war.Did the British ever pay Igbos for conquering your land and merging it to One Nigeria? |

Penguin2: Does that also justify his advise to Gowon to use food blockade as weapon of war against Biafra? An act that led to the death of over 3 million Igbo children.
Does it also justify the fact that as finance minister, he spearheaded the giving of every Igbo man a paltry 20 pounds irrespective of how much you had in your account? Only foolish people expect the people you are fighting to give you food. What if Gowon was planning to poison your food supplies and it was blocked? Gowon was the head of state and has all the right to do whatever he wants.Awolowo was just a minister. It is like saying Ngige has more say in the govt than buhari.Food blockade is used in every war. Even Ethiopia is doing the same thing to Tigray as we speak. What didnt Biafran allies supply food to the starving Biafrans? In war, you must be prepared for all eventualities and fall outs. |

bablon20: This is the routine whereby the Igbos got their cursed wealths fron and we all have seen it as normal, thanks to a failed nation we found ourselves where there's nothing like customers protection, u r at the mercy of corruption policemen if u dare have recourse to meet them for help, imagine being duped 350k in this era of austerity, 90% of the shops in alaba, Toyota, computer villages etc owned by the Igbos are dens of fraudsters. I could recollect when they duped me and my brother in alaba, I'd to take a soldier there to get my money, I was so surprised seeing that the soldier and Igbo boys knew each other, I got my money back and the soldier told me he also has been scammed by that same guy and their boss and that was why they quickly refunded my money. Imagine millions of people they must have scammed to earn their money. The last time soldiers ransacked their shops at LASU and killed 1 or 2 of them they were all crying fowls but they failed to realize that it's not everyone they can scam and go scot free. This practice will continue if the good ones among the Igbos refuse to fish out the bad ones among them. My advise to Yorubas is to stop patronising this fraudsters and petition the govt to shut down those fraudulent markets until they change their warranty and refund policies. |

Politics › Re: South Eastern Nigeria In Control By 3 Different Groups by cocolacec(m): 3:55am On Sep 30, 2021 |
cybertruss: After studying the drama in South Eastern Nigeria I concluded that this region is ruled by 3 different groups:
1. The Federal and state governments which the people have no respect for. The people are only managing them by force against their will.
2. IPOB: The people have 100% love for this group over their governors, and president except those that eat from the treasury who should be prepared to face the music once the people wish is fulfilled.
3. Unknown gunmen: The people fear this group. The people are ready to go back to business on Mondays as ipob have cancelled monday sit at home but this new group forbade it. What makes it more complicated is that this group has no leader and so there's no one to arrest.
I don't see these things coming to an end as the current government brute force approach for sure will not yield any result. unknown gunmen is kanu irugun solution |

The IPOB group led by a University dropout is shutting down igbo businesses and enforcing sit at home. What a shame.
Clear result of lack of education.
By the time they are done with igboland, Igbo's will become refugees in Nigeria. They should become refugees in Cameroon we dont need them in Nigeria. |

chakula: By 1943, one of the highest revenue generator for the federation account was livestock tax.
Northern region generated £120,000 Eastern region generated £2,000 Western region generated £50 Lagos colony generated 0
The expenditure on education was as follows: Northern region £2,341 Eastern region £47,000 Western region £34,000 Lagos colony £17,000
What this meant was that it was cow money from the north that colonialists use to send majority of Nigerians from Southern region to school at that time.
If you have no knowledge of Adams Smith rhetorics on "THE WEALTH OF THE NATION", then don't join the debate on VAT. You are the biggest liar in the history of Nigeria.so you mean other regions economic activities were shut down only the North was functioning. In 1943-1966 Nigeria ran a regional govt (Western,Eastern and Northern) where money in your region was utilized by that region only 10% was given to the FG. |

The recent arrest of students on campuses by officials of the EFCC should be discouraged.
Parents,SUG,school authorities should protest against such manace because a time will come EFCC will claim to have shot escaping yahoo boys on campus and stray bullets could hit an passerby student.
Innocent Students could be detained with yahoo boys and forced to skip classes or exams while their parents at home think they are studying.
The university is a learning institution and should be highly protected and safeguarded by the school.
The FG must pass a law to give all university/Polytechnics/Tertiary institution students student loans or grants. The SUG must fight for this too.
Northern students get bursaries to study in their universities only Southern state have nothing but to engage in prostitution or fraud to survive on campus.
What is your take on this?

Politics › Brother's Keepers On VAT, The Way Forward To Yorubaland's Advancement Only by cocolacec(op): 10:04am On Sep 21, 2021 |
Brother's Keepers on VAT, the way forward to Yorubaland's advancement Only:
The Yoruba Liberation Movement is aware of the recent negative reactions from all the real enemies of "Nigeria" all of whom are so parasitic and lazy to maximize their Internal Generated Revenue in their respective states for its further development and growth.
It is imperative to expressly inform those good for nothing states who are currently against Gov. Sanwo-olu on VAT collection that Yorubaland part of Nigeria was from time immemorial outstandingly vibrant under the regional system of government until 1966 which was the start of the now adopted shit system.
And that, even the current carved Yoruba states which include, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo can be their own brother's keepers without necessarily extending their wherewithal to parasitic folks in other parts of Nigeria whatsoever, majority of whom cannot see beyond the shadow of fund laxity but rather prefer to live on Yoruba's wealth against our WILL.
Note: only two of the current six allotted states in Yorubaland could be said to have what it takes when it comes to IGR, hence the need for us to be our own brother's keeper in lieu of being father Christmas when our people are not really fine.
The below states within Yorubaland generated less taxes between January till August: Ogun 11.82b Ondo 4.55b Osun 1.99b Ekiti 6.635b
and that those with highest taxes such as Lagos 429.203, Oyo 64.64b should rather start extending their warm assistance to these above states in our region once they totally gain autonomy to VAT than to allow the good for nothing/parasitic states outside of Yorubaland to further continue taking advantage of Western Region.
