i have been really bitter of late. On Monday I did a transaction lf N3000 through access bank USSD to buy recharge card. I didnt get the value for the transaction but I was debited. After about 10mins I tried another USSD transaction of N3000 but I did not still receive value and I was debited. I waited for 30mins yet Acccess Bank didnt credit my airtel line. Then I recharged through my GT bank account. I got value for the N3000 transaction I did with GTB.

Imeediately, I sent a mail to Access Bank informing them that N6000 was debited from my account without crediting my airtel line. Alm this happened between between 9:15am and 10am on Monday. I told them to reverse the money that I have done it with GT bank already

I was surprised to be 2 alerts on Tuesday by 6am. Alert of N6000 on my airtel line. I habe sent several mails to these guys to refund my miney as it is madness crediting someone with recharge card 20hrs after inititaing the transaction. Please how do I get access bank to reverse back my money.Right now I have 6k on my airtel line. I have sent mails to cpd , yet no reply from access bank n cpd

Let me help you. I did over 50mins of calls yesterday for the first time and had 5s all through. Only pick 10mins - 15mins calls that the estimated time is not more than 3hrs 3mins. If you dont want to be given a 1 avoid funding circle calls. Then read the FAQ. Alright should be All right. You got branding wrong Funding Circle not funding circle. You sentence construction is poor. You deserve the 1 because you probably didnt read the FAQs well, that is why you posted the call transcript here after QA world warned you not to. I remember telling you not to pick funding circle calls, you still go pick am. You no dey hear word.

Avoid funding Circle Uk calls. If you see a 6mins with estimated time of 6hrs to 7hrs, avoid them. Concentrate on 2mins to 5 mins calls. Then I have noticed that saturday and sunday calls are mostly US calls, those ones are usually very easy to hear. Then read the FAQ and always request for ratings clarafication on slack

There is no scarcity. You receive calls based on your batch. Since I got silver batch I dont hv problems getting calls but they are mostly FC UK calls

For each 10 minutes xall they are paid $2. For PROs that do 700minutes calls each week. That means they get
$140 and they get bonus of $22 , thats about $162. You can 50k a week

There are always calls. Since I got a silver badge I dont have problems getting calls. But the thing is most of the calls are FC and I can barely hear what they say. So far I made all my moneywithout one funding circle call

I am a newbie like you and have been advised to stick to clear calls for now and pick more complex calls as I get better at it.

There are easy and clear to hear calls. Stick with those and release the difficult calls.

Also, check the glossary too. Some of the keywords in the call can be found there. You can also ask questions in the #querydesk section on Slack.

You can leave the unclear words and just continue transcribing at first. Then when editing before submitting, listen again. The words might become clearer then.

These are the things I have learned so far, I hope they help you too.

How do you hit 500 minutes of call weekly on the average? Kindly help a brother. I have been struggling with 80-100 minutes. I run like two accounts in case i exhaust all my releases. I just switch to the other. I want to hit 500. All my 5s about 30 have been without funding xirxle calls.

It depends on the calls that work for you. Choose a call thats clear and works for you. Avoid Funding Circle calls

Is there no way we can close this thread. Then start off with a new one. I am thinking people are flaunting the rules. It's better to create a WhatsApp platform where things are restricted to the group than pasting stuffs like your ratings here. The thing is the more you transcribe the better you are at it. All my life me and my siblings have been told we are osogbo in osun state and so we've always input osun state as the state of origin, from my birth certificate to my ssce result which is the highest qualification I have now, all state I'm from osun.
Problem started when I want to obtain the local government of origin certificate for admission purpose because all schools require it, I was directed to Osogbo people union (OPU), when I got there I was told I need to obtain a form and fill my data into it, and indicate my ancestral compound in the form, at this point I had no clue what to input into the space so I called my Dad, he told me to fill in his own surname which I did. The form was taken to the house bearing the name my dad gave me, so as to verify if we are really from there and also for the oldest member of the family to sign the form, but I was rejected there I was told they don't know anybody in the family who is a Christian and also they are not familiar with my father's name, I was never given the certificate.
N.B. Later got to know that we are actually from oyo State, Atiba local government.
The problem now is that all my documents indicate I'm from osun state and I was told I can't be issued local government of origin certificate but only local government residency certificate in osun
I want to know is it possible to use local government residency certificate in place of local of origin certificate.

Edited: One very important thing is your mindset. If you have a weak mindset and see all calls as difficult, you wouldn't be able to achieve much. Read through the FAQ, I most times screen shot the calls I had a 5 because some calls have like a template, u can just copy and paste
