EEGA: Ucheibe is a good DLP who can easily carry the ball out from the back, but she lacks it when it comes to long range passing.
Ajibade should play the advanced midfield role alongside Onyinye Echegini.
If Ajibade is played in this position, she will always be available for a pass. Ajibade is a winger change her position will be bad... |

EEGA: The best way to defend is to attack. The Brazillian's kept us in our own half for most parts of the game.We defended well against them but offered very little threat in attack.
Football is all about tactics and strategy. You can beat a very good side with the right tactics-Kloop.
Echegini Onyinye must start. She boasts of the best goal contribution amongst the players (midfielders) invited.Check her goals and assists for Juventus last season. She even had a shot that missed the net by a whisker before the conclusion of the first half.
She was played on the wings instead of as an SS or AM(i.e behind the main Striker) which is her preferred role thereby affecting her efficiency.
Okeke played the LB role like a CB as she did not overlap neither did she join the attack. She forced Onyinye to drop deep , making things difficult for her. You've come again.. Echegini played as if she was scared of the ball.. like I told you yesterday.... A player's position is not static.. She chose to stay on the left wing when everything was happening was happening on the right wing and she should have moved towards the midfield or SS position.. the shot she missed was when she moved towards the midfield or SS position and me that I'm not a pro footballer in that situation I would shoot the ball with my big toe instead of trying to curve the ball or use finesse R2 to shoot it like she did... its the same thing Ucheibe did in the 2nd half instead of shooting the way she did in the 1st half when she was outside the box... I am shocked that they don't know to kick the ball at the center of the ball.. they always kick the ball from under the ball.. Juventus is different from Super Falcons.. |

yinkeys: Azizat can play 1st half, her football IQ is better than the other forwards even if she may not be able to physically do it all She helps defensively too and will keep the team stable If we are losing and he brings in Azizat second half they better forget the match I prefer he starts her. This is Spain o He can take her off second half I thought Randy would include Ajakaiye Even Onumonu can’t play this tournament We went with a lot of non creative players and too many strikers How do we expect to create chances Macleans may not even get her chance I knew we’d have issues when we didn’t go with a natural left footed LB and too many strikers Only 2 creative midfielders Azizat better play wing if you ask me Echegini can come in second half true... I did not see it that way... especially if SF is already losing... |

BankyGee: Thank you! Just mentioning Leverkusen has done all the explanation, that's what they need.
Our defence is good once they're focused, so they should attack and defend as a unit, and use their bodies wisely 😏 Leverkusen plays with 10 players in the opposition half and turn the opposition half to their own half.. how Lookman scored hat trick against them is exceptional... |

yinkeys: Fatigue Stamina issue Better Waldrum just plays her second half for me Start Azizat as winger if she’s fit then Asisat gets tired quickly she's a second half player.. Start Alani or Kanu as winger or play Kanu as CF and start Alani as winger.. SF needs a young winger who can run from defense to offense without getting tired.. |

BankyGee: Exactamente! If more players run forward, we will score more than once against Spain.
I remember the Nigeria 🆚 Australia Game, two of the goals were because players ran forward in numbers, except the Oshoala's goal. They need to play like Leverkusen.. with at least 7 players in the opposition half while the CBs stay back and 1 DM also stays back. Then 3 players should support the player with the ball and create passing options and keep possession in the opposition half. |

yinkeys: I was impressed with Abiodun defensively, surprisingly she’s energetic & doesn’t fade off easily I think she should help the forwards too instead of sitting back all the time Like her and Ucheibe sometimes should help us force our way up the pitch This is what Echegini was supposed to be doing but she just stayed to the extreme left of the field without coming downwards to help the midfield. |

yinkeys: Ajibade can do whatever she likes She’s our best player, the others are messing up sometimes They need to play their best football and take their chances against Spain or else we may lose 4 nil I’m serious I hope they enjoy theirselves too They need to run forward into the opposition half once any of the SF players have possession in the opposition half. Against Brazil it was mostly Ajibade and ihezuo that were moving into the opposition half.. Ajibade was isolated most of the time she went forward with the ball. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by codemaniacs: 1:35pm On Jul 28, 2024 |
yinkeys: I don’t like that they hold on to the ball for too long instead of passing to someone in space until it’s too late I saw situations where two or 3 of them clashed instead of opening up for one another Seemed like they were not talking to each other They should be communicating better against Spain they need to run with the ball the way Ajibade was running with it... Spain won't give them chance to pass the ball... Brazil intercepted most of the through passes SF tried so Spain will do better than Brazil and keep possession.. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by codemaniacs: 1:23pm On Jul 28, 2024 |

yinkeys: I’m curious to know what game plans Mr. Waldrum will come up with Spain are a very difficult team They have tricky forwards. If it’s me I’d tell them to try to go physical without getting cards Kick every ball to throwing for 90 mins Just distort flow of play Let’s play a rough messy game As in... The way Brazil lob the ball to their scorer Spain will make through passes past Super falcons defenders as if SF does not have defenders.. Nnadozie has to throw the ball to a free player everytime and not the one she was doing against Brazil throwing or passing to players who are under pressure. |

EEGA: To beat Spain we need a creative mid-field, with both Ajibade and Echegini starting in front of Abiodun and Ucheibe.Use Alozie and Nicole as wing-backs.Ohale, Demehin and Okeke starts as centre-backs.
Esther Okoronkwo should lead the attack while Macleans Chinonyerem comes from the bench. to beat Spain Super Falcons defenders need to understand the defense line and stay compact and disciplined... SF lost to Brazil due to bad defending and bad finishing in attack.. it doesn't matter who starts the starting 11 should be ready to concentrate, press and pack the bus or Spain will beat Nigeria 10 - 0.. Any lack of concentration and Spain will pass the ball into Nigeria's net as if Nnadozie is a bad keeper.. Echegini must not start.. she does not drop deep to help the defenders and midfield and she does not know how to shoot. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by codemaniacs: 10:20am On Jul 26, 2024 |
EEGA: If we want to get a result against Spain, we must move Ajibade to the middle as AMF.
Esther Okoronkwo starts as CF.
Nicole Payne and Alozie as wing-backs.
We can play a 3-4-2-1 formation.
.....,..................... Nnadozie.........................
.. . ....... Okeke ...... Ohale .. ... Demehin
...Nicole.........................................,...........Alozie .. .
....................Ucheibe......Abiodun.......................... ....................Echegini.....Ajibade................. . .......
.......................... Okoronkwo...............................
A 3-2-4-1 will get us a result against Spain.
Our midfield lacked creativity. We couldn't create any meaningful chance for our forwards.
Our wingers have also been sub-par.
The above formation ensures we remain solid at back while ensuring smooth transition from defence to attack, as Rasheedat will be saddled with playmaking duties. She will also operate as a Support Striker alongside Echegini(since both can easily score when played just behind the main striker) just behind the mobile and pacy Esther Okoronkwo. back 3 is good.. but you are forgetting that footballers are not static and can switch or move positions during the match which means 2 at the back can become 3 at the back if one of the DMs like Ucheibe drops deep to help the CB infact against Brazil they played 4 at the back because Abiodun and Ucheibe were doing all the tackling and interceptions for the defenders.. the problem was Echegini did not move to CM or CAM while Abiodun and Ucheibe dropped to help the CBs so there was no one in midfield to transition the ball... no need to move Ajibade to the middle. let Kanu play as CF while ihezuo moves to LWF and since players can move positions during the match ihezuo should also play closer to Kanu as LCF which is what I expected Echegini to do instead of just staying as the Left Wing she should have move downwards and played as SS to Ihezuo and should have also dropped deep to help Okeke with the defense then run with the ball to Offense the same way Ajibade was helping the defense and carrying the ball to Offense.. |

daveP: How 6 of them were looking heavy today is what I don't get. If they do 100m competition between Marta10 and 6of our players, Marta go finish 1st in all, judging by what i saw today.
Individual performance. Decision making. Long balls And most importantly, this nonsense thing that we call our pressing. How will you leave a lone figure upfield to press? I just pray Spain no add to these Super Pain we dey feel right now. This was an underwhelming and disastrous game which the scoreline didn't justify. The players position themselves too far from each other so that means they had to run more and make longer passes which makes them tired and the weird thing is they played better when they position themselves closer to each other but the coaches didn't seem to notice.. The successors and next generation of players need to be invited to be super falcons.. this team missed players like Gift Monday, Ajakaiye and Flourish Sebastian on the wings. The person playing the left wing wasn't dropping deep to help Okeke in defending.. |

greypencils: Your view about my write up is well understood. You deem it hypocritical, no offense taken. I am just airing my opinion about how I see tribalism. We all are at fault. I am trying to propose a remedy which is for us as a country to go back to ground zero, back to a state of healthy competition without the bitterness and the hatred which has been brought about by spiteful comments about superiority. Like it or not, it is talk about superiority that brings out the worst out of us all. The only thing talks about superiority has elicited is the desire to prove the other party wrong, the desire to subdue and with it spite, hatred and rivalry. When talks about equity, equality and unity is brought to the fore, then and only then can the nation move forward. TotoIsGud4boy: You make valid points but sadly it’s not conceivable in reality, because you’re trying to fight human nature. Humans will always compete for resources and status. We evolved to have our identity and existence tied to belong to a group ( “Tribe”). It’s ingrained in our DNA. What you’re asking for is a more civilized society (equity, equality and unity) that is more conceivable (using other methods cos even western society still have to deal with racism/nepotism).
Tribalism can never be completely erased from an inter-tribal society like Nigeria especially when it is used as a power tool by the elites. There is no tribalism in Nigeria.. Each tribe in Nigeria has its tribal location and region and some tribes have bigger regions than others. so any person or people who enters a region the person is not indigenous too and starts screaming equity, equality and unity is only trying to deceive and manipulate the indigenes of that nation... because non-indigenes do not have the same privileges as indigenes and should never demand equity, equality and unity in a they are not indigenes because that means the non-indigenes are envious, covetious and hateful of the indigenes. |

Hanibal: This is the lyrics of the Argentina team "racist" chant for those who haven't bothered to find it, but have decided to join the political correctness hysteria
"Listen, spread the word, they play in France, but they are all from Angola, they are going to run well, they like to sleep with trans people, their mum is Nigerian, their dad is Cameroonian, but on the passport it says French!"
I don't understand what the fuss is about.... The chant was just stating the obvious.. well aside the "sleeping with trans people part". It's just chanting facts... If we continue this way one day calling a Nigerian living in UK immigrant will be considered racist Are the same Argentine players playing for clubs in Argentina or are they playing for clubs in Europe Why are they playing for clubs in Europe since they already have clubs in Argentina The chants shows their hypocrisy and racist mentality.. Did France play in the Copa America?? Why bring France into something that does not concern France.. |

BigDawsNet: Programming is very wide bro
An average Computer science can write basic programming languages that doesn't mean he or she is a software developer
The requirements of getting a Computer science job doesn't require you to have vast knowledge on programming...
I dint say my lecturer dint know programming, but what they knew wasn't up to something... or up to a stage they could get a job as a software developer...
What I knew then was like an addition to there own skills in programming... I'm not saying I trained them to be expert! But what I taught them could have cost lots of thousand of naira to acquire if they want to learn it in an IT school... That's why I said Nigeria uses a outdated curriculums.. University is meant to be the IT school.. They are lecturers they don't need jobs as software developers so that is another lie again from you and where did lecturers who are meant to be lecturing students, marking scripts, preparing exam questions e.t.c. get time for you teach them something they already have knowledge of?? |

BigDawsNet: What can receptionists or front job really do for you? Highest they pay you 50k... that's not skilled job.
I'm not talking about Ghana, I hav studied outside Nigeria for masters after my degree in Nigeria and the practical training is way better than Nigeria.
Like I said, I have told many people this secret but they don't believe it but I no really mind... but it's the truth... A Computer lecturer is different from an IT skilled tutor... my lecturer have a little bit of advance basics knowledge on programming ... but it wasn't sound enough for them to use it for side hustle or use it to apply for proper IT jobs.
They saw my potential... and I taught them for some months... they even paid me... my lecturer paid me for my services even tho I dint want to collect it... but they did paid me .. There you go again countering your own posts with your own words. Your lecturers cannot have a little bit of advance basics knowledge on programming and ask you to teach them... That is another lie... Programming is universal.. once you have knowledge of one language then it's easy to transfer it to another language.. so if your lecturers have any knowledge of programming they won't need you to teach them anything in other languages... Stop deceiving yourself. |

BigDawsNet: Bro u reasoning is very low mehn…
So because we have computers back in secondary schools and universities means you will learn to be a certified software developer or a random programmer…
Back in high school… they tot us basic computer knowledge… how to type and basic design on Corel draw… I can confidently tell you that’s not a skill… it’s just a basic training to help you with systems.. you can’t even earn with that
Back to the university… We have massive computer labs… they teach you basic programming languages which focus more on HTML… that will equally not get you setup in tech word…
As a computer scientist… back in uni… me and other mates had to take a months off school to learn deep programming/designs for our career and we are confidently earning from that today…
I will tell you one secret but if you believe or not… it’s not my problem
When I return back to uni after months of training in programming/design… I resume back to school and I Taught 3 computer science lecturer what I learnt…
I was basically training 3 lecturer in my dept… don’t forget… I was just a student under dis people and I’m still training them…
How did it happen? School couldn’t give me what I wanted so I went outside school to source for it…
So I’m telling you now… no school will teach you deep skills especially in high school…
I’m not referring to other departments in case u want to bring other fields arguments into this… You typed as if you were not taught the basics in primary and secondary schools and you can earn from basic computer skills through jobs like receptionist, front desk officer, customer care .e.t.c Universities will teach you deep skills if it is in their curriculum.. my friend in Ghana learnt programming in the university.. so what you will say is that Nigerian universities are using outdated curriculums.. You cannot teach lecturers programming because it is not in their scheme of work so that is a lie. |

Come to the US and other developed societies, with you Bsc and Msc - your Boss on that job is just a GED or WAEC (equivalent holder) He becomes your Boss because he has on the job experience that you do not have and he is a team player - no big emphasis is placed on degrees or certificates which they see as just a receipt that you payed to attend a class to cram dense text to regurgitate for 4 years - you get it? where did samsard say vocational education is not education in his post? stop putting words in people's mouth just to dis-credit them when you don't even know that in the U.S people get jobs because they are whyte regardless of their educational qualifications and that is why that boss with only WAEC also has a boss ahead of him with Bsc and other degrees.. there is big emphasis on degrees abroad that is why they are employing migrants with Bsc and higher degree ahead of their population who don't have Bsc and any educational qualifications.. |

In America, you can not read Medicine without, first, having a degree in one of the natural sciences like BCH (BioChem) MCB (MicroBiology) or even Pure and Applied Chemistry. Even for regular degrees like (Business Admin, Political Science, Philosophy or even Finance) most times - most schools prefer you get your 2 year Associate Diploma (what we call OND) from a Community College before applying for a degree program so they can evaluate your ability to cope with the University degree program -
Naija always finds a way to bastardize and make chaotic - things done with integrity and orderliness in other climes -------> why the rush to graduate kids from Universities when they may be book smart but lacking emotional intelligence required for a balanced University education?
Why not enrol that kid in vocational education to spend that age 16 - 18 learning a life skill so when they get to the university- they can be earning a living with their new skill and sustaining themselves while in school to reduce the financial pressure on their parents ? What is the need of graduating at age 19, serve at age 20 and becomes miserably unemployed - doing yahoo yahoo and hook up from age 21 to 40? rabbissshhh!!!! there are no specific requirements to take LSAT... However, candidates must be at least 13 years old. Test-takers under 18 years old need to provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian. stop saying what you don't know and mis-informing people just to defend corrupt politicians.. |
