The crude oil is meant to serve as the development of Delta state, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa ibom, cross river and Ondo.. any state outside of these states is not meant to have access to income from crude oil unless they have a refinery.

The other people that could have built refineries are billionaires from those states or credit unions, trust funds, banks, NGOs, or cooperative efforts of indigenes from those states..

Don't expect Yoruba politicians or northern politicians to build refineries in places outside of their region...

one of the reasons Da:ngote refinery is in Lagos is because Lagos provided affordable land to Da:ngote and probably has an investment stake in the refinery.

What I don’t understand is why the numbers are even like this. If Trump should be getting any votes at all on anything whether it be at the polls, in the election or assessment of debate performance, he shouldn’t be getting up to 20% of any votes.
