Agboriotejoye:
If everyone is to be treated equal then the North should start contributing to revenue.

Yes. they should pay tax and forfeit their resources they have been illegally mining.

Osagyefo98:
Noted

FG should grant them amnesty as they did to Niger delta militants after all both are terrorists Organizations..

Everyone should be treated equal, Grant them amnesty

Never. We knew from day one where all these will lead. ND has resources being exploited and that's destroying their land. Can same be said of the northerners? They started from borno and used religious doctrine as their basis. Now I wonder what they want to justify their amnesty with.

Yet this man paid them.

Lol. . . if you cannot do it, let others try.

Lol... borrow n share.

How true?

when will they grant Edo rubber farmers loans?

There are some elements of truth here.

Check my profile for James Hadley Chase Novels

Oga u don turn novel seller again?

. . . He talks about the governors not doing enough for the current almajiris. So they are stylishly using the almajiri system to milk the govt. They also present it as poverty to get bigger allocations.

Henix:
A pastor stole from his church, the church took him to a law court where he accepted his crime and publicly pleaded guilty, which can even classified as an open confession. So the public shame is not enough to deter others?

My problem with Nigeria church is that they seem not to be practicing what they preach, otherwise I see no reason why they should be accumulating weath on earth when their mandate is run heavenly race and be winning souls for God. Church nowadays seems to be more interested on earthly weath than heavily weath

You are out for the church...goodbye.

Good one. No more shandi and Levi.

LordIsaac:
UI truly leads, others follow!

Lol. . . attachee.

Golan007:
Quota system as what exactly?

Dark forces.

Henix:
Then why is the church always preaching forgiveness when themselves can not forgive?

Since it's now the court that monitors restitution, according to u, why don't they teach that restitution requires a law court or a 3rd party as a supervisor, when teaching the subject at church?

If The Holy Spirit didn't forgive Ananias and the wife for stealing from themselves what should the church do to deter others? Even God the father gave law and punishments for the breakers as merciful as He is. Learn from God the Father, The Holy Spirit and Jesus who didn't hurry to proclaim forgiveness on Judas.

The mod is a Muslim. What do you expect from them

It started from Linda Ikeji Blog and this is just ripple effect. Some journalist may be behind it.

How ...I didn't add to it ...Words of God have no precondition.

The word of God can be rightly divided or wrongly divided.

Olarewaju89:
Don't steal from your father purse rather ask him and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 7:7

Remember the Bible says thy shall not steal.

Being the church accountant doesn't equate to being a child. He can fake being a child to get close to the father and steak from the father. The Father-child relationship here is negotiable.

thorrvik55:
My own is how is $90,000 = N4.5M?
HOW?? .

Exchange rate as time of theft maybe.

pafra:
If he has pleaded guilty he could have been forgiven as has been the case with many.

Pleading guilty isn't repentance. Repentance is much deeper than that.

blamingthedevil:
It is not my words , that is the Bible and words of Jesus Christ... unless you don't believe the Bible again

The words of the bible can be quoted out of context too. You did.

West2019:
Then should free he after all is our money .I give offering in that church as well

Your fifty Naira offering is what you want to use to justify theft of millions.

Henix:
Since he pleaded guilty, is the church not suppose to forgive him and ask him to do restitution?

It the court that can properly monitor the restitution process. It will be distracting for the church.

Legalcriminal:
Why was he arrested even when bible said forgive others so you can be forgiven as well. Jesus will surely replace the stolen money

blamingthedevil:
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”-Ephes 3:32

“For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”-Matth 6:14

“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”: Col. 3 :13

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”Luke 6:37

If forgiven other will jump into same habit hoping for forgiveness and we know God is not a God of disorder but of order. Jesus didn't rush to proclaim forgiveness for Judas.

MOLOTOVcockTAIL:
The church should forgive and pardon him. Unless the church is now all about material things. Christianity should be about making heaven. After all money is vanity!!

Forgiveness is not unconditional. There is a reason Christ did not proclaim forgiveness on Judas.

Nice example. Some winners pastors and money ehn. . . he should pay times four back. No forgiveness here because it will mean others too can follow and expect forgiveness. God is a God of order. Did Jesus proclaim forgiveness on Judas? If Jesus did I doubt Judas would have lost his place among the twelve.

Sensible gov. No herders farmers clash news from gombe though. Why is that?

. . .

Lol.. I am not surprised.
The authorities should also watch out for 3d printers and arms. There are now arm model in the dark web that can be printed easily. Imaging a plastic gun being printed and used for assignation all because metal detector cannot detect plastics. A gun that can fire and do substantial damage. That's what comes with a dark web. It is called the dark web for a reason.

This product should be modified into molues and buses for intra-city movement.

Imagine Lagos having a handful of solar or wind powered charging spots or stations and their BRTs being electric vehicles. It will make more sense that way. This product can be our own short term answer to underground trains and monorails in advanced nations.
