It's just too bad in northern part of the country! In Africa, religion for jihadist is now a means for ethnic dominion and territory grabbing. That's why you hear phrase like "law of the land" |

LabDNA: Yeah....same old 'everybody hates Igbos and love we yorubas' make-me-happy tales that you tell yourselves at Alaroye newspaper stands.
Are yorubas friends with everybody? Do the SE and SS see yorubas as politically reliable? No!
Will the SESS region vote an Igbo man over a yoruba man today? Yes!
Even the north is kicking you in the arsz on a steady basis. See what they did to Sowore (whom you stripped of his ethnicity due to cowardice), see how almajiris practically kicked Deji up and down like felele football and pulled his panties on live TV.
Are yorubas not the prodigal child and minority of the general south? Yes they are!
Run along boy, everybody don see una finish. I can see how hard you are trying to turn this into a "Igbo vs Yoruba" conversation. It will never be one. You can tag me whatever suits you and recycle the usual Nairaland Igbo-vs-yoruba jibes. Have a nice day and think more about having alliances instead of enemies. |

LabDNA: Mko was one man, yet you believe you have the right to demand presidency. But a genocide was commited on a major ethnic group but you think you have the right to shout them down for demanding same appeasement.
If you like taunt, insult, goad, do whatever you like. The truth remains that this country has not been fair to Igbos.
Thank you. Is presidency now a reward for genocide? This is what happens when you make enemies with everybody o. Your reasoning is cataclysmic at best. |

The book of the dead is for the living and the Bible, like all the ancient inspirational books, is the book of the dead. The wise learn from the stories and replicate it in their lives. And the paths they chose as the living depend on their state of consciousness, understanding and interpretations of the stories they read. Even though our leader steal tax you still want them to get more taxes. That's strange o. |

LabDNA: Go to the archives and read concord newspapers, daily times, punch, TNT newspapers published after MKO abiola died and see how yoruba journalists were demanding for presidency without diplomacy like it's their birth right.
Same thing they are accusing Igbos of doing today. They demanded for it based on their alliance to MKO and his ordeal at the hands of the northern military clique. Igbos want theirs because they feel entitled as a major ethnic group. Two different things. Has any Igbo man's victory been annulled? Answer me. |

His statistics and reasons clearly don't make sense. There is no way border closure can bring us closer self sufficiency in rice production and processing. All the farmers already planted before closure and the closure of border only meant they have less competition or less supplies or foreign rice which raised price of local ones. Even at that foreign rice still floods the market
My concern is for the Onion, tomatoes, poultry farmers in West Africa who the closure has denied a fair chance to sell. Buhari stylishly allowed his folks sell their farm produce with better profit by using smuggling as an excuse to shut out competition. |

What is the use of all the churches in Nigeria
What morals are they instilling that makes us need 5000 of them more.
Lagos has the highest number of churches(1to a street) and it's the worst place to be.
Oga, God can not tell someone to build 5000 churches with the state of Nigeria. It's a big fat lie. A big one! God's will is for us to worship Him and that entails everyone having a seat reserved in a church for him/her. So as long as people are still out there on a Sunday morning churches are needed. God gave room Adam to work and fellowship with Him. Same for seed of Adam. |

frowland: Oga, follow your first comment and not the second or third. I said, DONT COMPARE with other companies when you have no idea about their salary structure. Then I went on to give an example of someone paying 1m people 5k to someone paying 3k people 250k/month. Their is a huge difference. Its simple, and if you cannot understand my point then sorry, cant help further. You are spilling more confusion. If you want to do a comparison. of what the church ( Winners Chapel ) pays versus what Commercial banks pay, commonsense dictates that you factor in all the senior lecturers earning big in under the church instead of trying to compare the 2019 employment figure alone. Before these 6k were employed they had school(universities, secondary schs etc) in existence. The universities had senior lecturers earning good six figures. The have full time pastors also in existing church branches or stations. So be balanced in you rant against what you dont want to or cannot appreciate. It is simple logic Mr man. |

Majority of this 6k are drivers, electricians, tellers (Money counters), etc etc. The article mentioned 6000 @ 300m which factors to an average of 40-50k... keep trying harder bro. There is nothing to try hard about. The figures were never debated except you want to start a discussion you feel you can boss by all means. That 40-50k you are talking about is what I said is better than 30k of N-POWER and around 10 times of N5k someone claims he can pay 1 million people. Don't let your heart beat faster over what you cannot match or change. @bold, 5000 churches will need 5000 pastors atleast so stop letting hate get best of your reasoning power when you say majority are casual workers like cashiers, drivers etc. |

Other of your point is in order though. they paid around 10 times that. Don't tell me you have 5k times 1 million = N5billion |
