I hardly have access to my account via their mobile app, especially from Fridays till Sunday. When I do get access, 99% of the time, transactions doesn't go through.

You should call your account officer or go to the bank or reinstall the app and maybe try logging in with fingerprint.

For me, downtimes are rare. I use it for all my transactions, although, it's always healthy to have other alternatives.

I was able to execute the test cases actually.
The questions asked in the pre-work quiz aren't covered in the test cases and I can't seem to reproduce them either.
If I could I'd be able to answer them.

And from my research the answers are still wrong so I'm confused.

PS I even tried all permutations of all the options in the quiz (it's objective) and yet it still doesn't work so you can understand my confusion.

Take it from me to you... if you find the pre-work hard then you probably wouldn't come close to completing the first test case during the real-work assessment.
