poshestmina:Ermm..and those that didn't survive the ordeal? Oh well i guess god has a reason. Right? |
Yeah got it too from multiple sources. And CBN has not made clear the rationale behind this sudden policy direction. What exactly is going on in that country? Everything is comatose and now we can't even give the economy a boost in our own little way. If i turn on Buhari now they'll accuse me of being too derogatory. Sigh |
I swear i can't deal with pastors, churches & Christians. See how a pastor just ruined this lady's life. This is so painful. Why would these people want someone to remain in an abusive union all in the name of fulfilling some scriptural guide? I hope this same god can regenerate her hands. |
claremont:It could still be IVF or surrogacy, but they'll never say. All in a bid to create the impression that 'god did it'. |
bizme:My sentiments exactly |
Really tragic the way she was murdered but going about preaching with a megaphone in twilight in a Muslim dominated neighbourhood was just stirring for trouble. This is what i keep saying, Nigerians can be very intolerant. Stop trying to foist your beliefs down other people's throats. Believe whatever you want but don't make others feel less human for seeing things differently. Muslims are especially guilty of this. I remember ways back in my former hood, a so called evangelist would start yelling into a megaphone by 4 o clock in the morning. Threatening every unbeliever with an eternity in hell fire. This routine was everyday! Not like a few times in the week. As if that wasn't enough, 5 o clock the Muslims would begin their call for prayers from a near by mosque. Oh dear! And to think i had to be at work in a few hours. Never slept properly, went to work with eyes bloodshot and still feeling groggy. Sometimes i just felt like going out there and shutting him up with a good left jab and reinforce my feelings with a right upper hook. But i restrained myself. Unbeknownst to me, some other people felt the same way. And one fateful morning a few people got out and asked him to leave and never come back or he may not like his next visit to the area. Of course he went on about being persecuted, how everyone on the street would be grilled in hell for all eternity and so on and so forth. Nobody deserves to be lynched and murdered in such a grotesque and gruesome manner. A bit of tolerance is required here. My thoughts are with her family. |
Like seriously? He said that? A man who is always calling on the god of Isaac, Jacob and Abraham. I'm sure he's not ignorant enough to think they were all clean shaven. Even Jesus the so called son of god wore a beard. So what exactly is he on about? Someone has already even jumped to his defense claiming he was only stating his opinion..sigh Christians. |
The story is trending online indeed. Isn't that what you want? The klieg lights. Mtcheew |
buharisbae:Nobody will come for your head because we can all agree she ain't all that. She's just ok |
She's very beautiful no doubt. Great bod. |
Elijahrona2:No this is not plagiarism. Plagiarism is the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as your own. This is still an infringement and theft of intellectual property but does not necessarily qualify as plagiarism. |
Dayum! Nigerians have to be the most gullible people on the face of the earth. This is tragic! A truly sad and sorry state of affairs. |
Hmmm..if hell does exist then rest assured everybody is going to one hell or the other. Christians will end up in Allah's hell, Muslims will end up in Yahweh's hell, Hindus will end up Sikhs hell, Buddhists will end up in Shinto's hell. And Atheists...well i guess we'll be evenly distributed amongst the various hell departments. Furthermore, these various 'hells' will be split into different departments. For instance, Adventists and Jehovah Witnesses will be sent to the Roman Catholic department. Baptists and Methodists will be moved to the Anglican department. Pentecostals of all shades will be relocated to Protestant department. And so on and so forth. Same goes for Sunnis burning in Shi'a's hell and vice versa. It will be interesting watching from my vantage point how these various gods allot hell and heaven/paradise candidates amongst themselves |

I've said this before and i'll say it again, Buhari has no idea what he is doing. He is out of his depth and grossly incompentent. As if that isn't bad enough, his utterances are unbecoming of a leader who is meant to oversee the affairs of over a 170 million people. Talking dismissively, disparaginly and condescendly about a region that carries the burden of the nation didn't do him any favors either. You know what they say about the goose that lays the golden eggs. Agreed, crude isn't selling at sky high prices like they used to but the administration could still earn enough to keep the economy running only if Buhari had been more tactful with his comments. Alas, that has never been his forte. So let him deal with the mess he has created with his loose talk. Furthermore, where are the technocrats in this administration? Which minister can we single out and say at least this one is performing above par? None, zilch, nada! The president appointed people based on political appeasements and ended up with a lot of deadwood in his cabinet. At this rate i don't see the president achieving much for the foreseeable future. |
Until i read from a credible source, i reserve my comments |
Good. Now come back and upgrade our hospitals so you don't have to embark on another medical junketeering mission to fix a 'small' ear problem disguised as an evaluation. After all, you're the 'change' messiah. Innit? |
Buhari is a coward of biblical proportions. Definitely not everyone will like the president, as a matter of fact, not everyone is supposed to like the president. There will be rumours of assassination here and there and it is the job of the president and Commander in Chief to rise above these threats and prove he is indeed the HNIC (Head N***a in Charge) and not succumb to them. Would the threat of a group of White Supremacists prevent Obama from travelling to Texas? And please don't give me that 'the president follows the advise of his security detail' bullshìt because i aint buying. Let me reiterate, Buhari is a coward of gargantuan proportions. And to think he is 74 or is it 75. Smh! In any event, how many states has the president visited on a working visit since he assumed office? If my memory serves me correctly i think only one in an entire year! Dayum! Now how many countries has he visited within the same period? Shouldn't there be a balance somewhere? This president and his party co travellers just keep fumbling and leaving themselves open to ridicule at every turn. I can't even. |
Very commendable |
