The amnesty was introduced to placate the 'boyz' increase oil production & begin revamping of the Niger-Delta in earnest.So far only the boyz,the oyel companies & the Abuja fat cats seem to be benefiting from the Amnesty.The Niger Deltans aren't faring any better & it doesn't look like their luck is about to change anytime soon |
