If you have been able to master driving within PH, with all the obstacles posed by Taxi and bus drivers, interstate road should be beans for you. There is nothing there, just over rated. The road is actually less busy and wider than roads within town, so why not?

Your question is useless that is why. Enugu didn't suddenly become a developed or booming place, it has always been like that even before independence, so why should there be a sudden migration? Enugu is decently populated, infact it even has one of the best night lives in Nigeria, so don't sit somewhere and make baseless conclusions
