Buts he's got a link in the embassy that could help me secure an earlier date and the guy is charging 200k, payment after date is secured but in all truth, I'm kinda skeptical about the whole thing.,....please advise

Good day everyone, please I still need your humble input on this 🙏

Normally you get admission offer before funding. Like mine, I got the admission offer first, emailed my Grad Cord about possible funding opportunity and he said they're working on it, funny, I was the first to get a funding interview and after meeting me, the three faculties at the interview just decided to give me funding immidiately without waiting to interview others because somehow I did impressed them. So brother, reach out, I believe it's time you start emailing your Grad Cord for anything you need clarification on. If you've been offer admission, that's because they see you as a good fit for their program, so there's nothing to be scared of anymore. Ask them questions and I'm sure they'll be willing to answer any. All the best

Congratulations.

Great offer. I believe your monthly take home after taxes should be around $1600 especially as health insurance is fully covered so it’s a great deal. Are you having doubts?

Well kinda, Lol, you know last time I was at the embassy was when I was going for my Masters , three rejections mehn, it wasn't easy....I think have not healed from those rejections yet...but I'll face it again nonetheless

For you, if you want to get into category A, get admission for a PhD or you obtain a publicly-funded scholarship to your second masters. Waiting time for Category A is two months
Thanks to you all for your replies and clarifications...

No.

If you belong to Category B, after your appointment booking on their website, you'll have to wait for almost or more than a year before you are given an appointment date.

At least, that's what their website says.
Guys I'm really grateful for how you guys try breaking this down for me, but I'm sorry if I'm asking another question, . If there's a category B, then I want to believe There's also a category A, how do people get into those categories? Thanks.

hello house, actually have been here once and I did write GRE but no much preparation and I score low Q,139, V,145, Awa,3.0... and I decided not to write again since my school never ask for GRE as requirement for my program, my visa has been refused on several attempts and have started my MSC here in Nigeria... but I'll be applying for my PhD next year and I'm considering top schools like Harvard, Standford and the likes...I know I'll be needing a good GRE score, but truth be told, I'M SCARED OF GRE, I can cope with the verbal and AWA part but maths is my problem... frankly speaking after months of preparation I remember I went for my GRE test and in the exam I had to just pick quantitative answers at random because I just couldn't solve any...just to say I'm TERRIBLE at maths...but I really want to score at least 310 above if I must get into those schools since my other application is good.. have decided to write GRE again and spend enough time preparing against next year application for those top schools..... PLEASE HOUSE, HOW CAN YOU HELP ME..I REALLY NEED HELP. THANKS.

I actually got my US visa application denied twice and Germany been my second choice I'm considering applying to a university as not to keep wasting my time waiting for US alone. please have got some questions that I would really want answers.
first.. is it still possible I meet up with winter semester and secondly, must I have a block account of €8000 before I'm issued a German student visa.
I'm a graduate student.
thanks for your reply in anticipation.

The V.O that interviewed you is nice. They do say it time without number if your story hasn't changed within the last 6 months, dont reapply. I think you were refused not less than 2months, let's say you came june 1st and you are going back home 30th or July, the probability of getting your visa approved is slim. The V.O will likely agree with his/her colleague decision and won't bother asking you much questions. That's a sign of respect to his colleague as nothing has really changed in your application. The best thing to do is wait. Wait till spring 2019 or fall 2019. You can aswear apply for PhD so that your profile will be stronger next time you appear before them. Don't give up, wish you the best in your future endeavours.
I don't agree with that...people reapply immediately after denial and granted on their second trial which is just weeks interval, most of all these stuff depends on the VO, besides we have seen VOs grant visa to people recently denial without even asking what has changed in their profile since last denial. I just believe you work and pray hard as your approval hangs on the VO discretion....God help us Jor.
