I have always mentioned the need for quality condoms, your health is wealth. Buy original condoms at well known pharmacies, there are less than 1 percent chance that it will tear while you are pounding the toto unless you cut it through.

I recommend DUREX, it is expensive as you know.
I usually buy a pack of 20 pieces for N8,400. That is about N420 for each piece.

It might look expensive but trust me it will guard you from Hepatitis, Chlymdia, Hiv, Gonorrhea etc better than Gold circle.

You are right but the downside is that as we witness low rates, the economy doesn't get better within the period of low rates, the cost of living stays same and if there is any changes the cost of living moves higher. This has always been the dynamics in Nigeria.

The people suffering these are low wage earners and the average Nigerian, the rich well established Nigerians feel the impact a bit through their balance sheet but it has no damage to their wealth.

Northeastern:

High rates are not good for the economy, that is why you get those rates in periods of high risks. It is better to have lower rates for the good of the economy and better standard of living

Gone are the days when they tell you "Land keeps appreciating", the insecurity in naija doesn't allow for lots of diversity in landed properties today. It is better to buy property in a choice location with COfO at reasonable price than go and buy land inside a bush and wait 20 years for development to enter the area, often at-times stories go begin enter the land.

Greedy men everywia, I rather eat my sweat than allow some local land re-sellers use my money to drink pepper soup.

I recently sold a land that i bough at N3m in ibeju Lekki in 2011 at N3.5 million due to stories that were sounding like pasuma music to my ears, i have decided to eat peppersoup with the money until it finishes. A plate of peppersoup currently goes for N1,200, that means i can eat 2,916 plates of peppersoup grin.

Crime / Thieves Uses Victims Phone App To Transfer Money !!! by condomuser: 1:11am On Feb 08, 2019
I am investigating a robbery situation whereby the victim's phone was taken by the thieves and they persuaded him to do a mobile app transfer to a phone number.

I would like to know if this could be a crucial lead to tracking down the thieves. I have not done such transfer before but i understand this is very much possible.

Anyone who can throw more light on how this works and if it can help track down the person the funds was sent to should pls explain.

NB: For the thieves that performed this act, it is a matter of when you are caught not if.

I once offered a guy that i know from the street a box of chocolate as a Christmas present, i have never benefited anything from him, he asked me what will i give him for Christmas. For me, i work in the corporate world so during Christmas I a and my colleagues give each other boxes of luxury chocolates and bottles of wine. Talking of boxes of chocolate, a box of such chocolate go for N9,000 so i offered this street guy a box, guess what !!!

It was like hell was let loose, he went like that is an insult, why would i give him a box of chocolate, saying if he looks like a child to me.

I was dumbfounded, out of my kind hearted generosity i tried to do good and this is what someone thinks of it, ever since then i avoid certain type of people especially when their is a huge gap in class.

You see well.

To add to this ; the 2019 budget is warming up, the 36 states are inflating their budgets, these budgets will require funding too so within the next few months we can say 18-19 percent is certain.

chukzyfcbb:
Could we have a 16-17% rate coming months down the line?

With Foreign investors outflow going steady, and a depleting Forex Reserves. Its crystal clear that Emefiele will want to defend the naira at all cost (Political campaign tool cheesy) so that should mean Higher rates coming soon.

Who else is seeing what I am seeing , abi am I seeing wrong?

Properties / Re: Legal Advice Needed, My Landlord Just Brought Quit Notice For All Tenants. by condomuser: 1:57pm On Dec 16, 2018

Is your landlord an Ewedu Republican, a flat head or Jubril descendant ?

olaben16:
Good morning Nairalanders.
Please help a fellow with an advice this morning.

So, two weeks ago my landlord came to the compound, and said the caretaker who was handling the building for him was no longer in charge that they have parted ways.

Then we all complained of the state of affairs between tenants and how only some of us have been shouldering the responsibilities of repairs, and others are never contributing.

For the records, there are only four flats, two up and two down.

In his response, he said he was disappointed that we were not cooperating as neighbors.

Without proffering any solution, he left only for him to come this morning with quit notice for all for tenants.

That we should pack out two months after expiration of our various rent.

Now it should be noted that I have never owned him rent, and we pay yearly.

My current rent will expire April 30th 2019.

Now my question is this.

Is that how quit notices are served?

Is it right to give a tenant that pays yearly rent just two months to pack out?

I have never been involved with this landlord/tenant wahala, so don't know the best action to take.

Please legal people in the house, I need your advice.

Your advice will be very helpful in my next line of action.

God bless you all.
