This is a hoax. Dangote will most likely use and refine Nigerian crude oil, but claim it to be imported from US so that he can sell at exorbitant rate.

US is importing crude oil from Nigeria and numerous countries around the world in order to satisfy their energy demands but Dangote wants to be importing his own crude oil from US.
