Remember GEJ initaited the project and was about to deliver.

Nigerians should tell us what project Buhari has initiated
I am afraid someone might tell us one day that Jonathan initiated his wife's pregnancy. Since the man is good at initiating everything.

But PDP told us that they are suspending their presidential campaign till Onnoghen is restored back now. What are they now doing in Uyo?
Trust those people at your own peril.
Politics › Re: Onnoghen To Challenge Suspension In Court by contigiency(m): 7:19am On Jan 28, 2019
This CJN and his lawyers are as shameless as Fayose. You don't want your criminal charges to be heard and decided by the court, but Your friends and appointees in NJC whose meeting you have postponed indefinitely, but you now want to go to court to determine your suspension. what an irony. I would think that you should wait whenever you allow the NJC to meet, they will look into your suspension matter as well.
Politics › Re: 10 Dead Judges Among Newly Appointed Election Petition Tribunals’ Members by contigiency(m): 7:17am On Jan 28, 2019
Is it not the same list compiled by the president of the court of appeal, sent to the suspended CJN to swear in? So why is the writer linking the fault to buhari and the acting cjn? Or is it to stupidly be on the same page with those criticizing buhari for every problem affecting Nigeria?

Oweku:
This Buhari has issues how can he bring in another Northerner as the new CJN?

Is it that no other person from other region is qualify to occupy same position?

From the supreme Court down is been headed by individuals from the Northern region..

Tomorrow they will be shouting 1 Nigeria when they lack the understanding of the word Federal character..

We have had enough..

This image speaks more..
Stop talking like a school boy. buhari didn't just appoint a notherner. The court order specifically asked him to appoint the next in line as the most senior justice of the the supreme court which he obeyed.

Besides, if you were any of the judges or your brother is the next most senior and buhari ignored you and appointed another person instead of you, just because of religion and ethnicity, would you have been happy?
Politics › Re: Southern, Middle Belt Leaders Convene Emergency Meeting Over Onnoghen by contigiency(m): 8:18pm On Jan 26, 2019
They can conven anything they want, no problem. But My question remains, what if the south West governors and other leaders had met and Issue threats over the former Finance minister adesun's saga, would this same people have supported it? The worst is that the man is not saying that he didn't commit the act, so why the noise ?
Politics › Re: US Embassy Reacts To The Suspension And Replacement Of Chief Justice Of Nigeria by contigiency(m): 4:38pm On Jan 26, 2019
mcquin:
No they are not. Why? A procedure has been layed out by the Constitution in dealing with misconduct of judicial officers. Have you exhausted the procedures?
Buhari acted on court decision to suspend him. Besides why did the cjn ignore the procedure when he was committing the offence. Even when he has admitted committing the offence which is the bottom line of the matter, he refused to step aside, that's abusing every procedure. And you people are here ignoring the fact of the matter, making case for him with procedure as your reason. Tomorrow you will still cry that the country is not progressing.

Politics › Re: US Embassy Reacts To The Suspension And Replacement Of Chief Justice Of Nigeria by contigiency(m): 4:25pm On Jan 26, 2019
RTSC:
This is not the first time the US embassy is issuing pre emptive statements in their host countries.
Those statements are often well thought out, and in line with the constitution of the home countries.

Nigeria embassy cannot do the same in America because America is not a Banana Republic.
They don't need the support of Nigeria to elect their president.
Their president also respect the constitution and don't need a foreign country to put them in order.

Buhari and the apc was practically placed in office by the Obama administration.

And when those objectives initially agreed between both parties is breached, the US have a right to call the erring party to order.

When Obama was lending to the buhari ambitions, he was not supporting a dictator.

Call your president to order, or the US will turn their backs on him.
Senseless ranting of an old goat. Obama put him there with the Pvc you gave him. Nigerians did not vote in the election.
Politics › Re: US Embassy Reacts To The Suspension And Replacement Of Chief Justice Of Nigeria by contigiency(m): 4:01pm On Jan 26, 2019
America should just mind themselves and stop unecessary interance in affairs of other nations, in the name of promoting democracy. they were not concerned that such a person as cjn abused his office and the constitution he is a custodian of. They were not concerned that such a person having admitted doing the wrong still refused to resign and sit tight to adjudicate over his matter. If it's in their country will the person last up to 24 hours in the office. Abeg make them pack well.

Which 2nd Niger bridge is receiving allocation and actual work being done with a specific date of completion? I believe you have been brainwashed. I'm not sure you are Igbo; you have said what you don't have a concrete evidence of.
Show your own evidence. since buhari or I myself told governor Obiano and the Igwe of Onisha Igwe Afred Marshall what to say when they visited there a fortnight ago.
Politics › Re: Why Buhari Hurriedly Sacked Onnoghen, CJN - Punch by contigiency(m): 8:32am On Jan 26, 2019
And so? They want to use what they have to achieve their aim but the president beat them on that by acting swiftly. will he sit and watch them carry out their hatched job? No way. For those asking about the timing, they should also ask those who are hurrying to inaugurate the panel if now is the right time.

We are on political season and those are political contest. Obasanjo wrote his recent letter so that buhari will be subtle in taking tough decisions. but the president has beaten them on that. A general is always a general. They know they can't win the election that's why they are planning to use back door in the name court ruling and collect it.

oluwamaich:
Yeye dey smell.
If they had endorsed APC, this trash wouldn't have come from APC

None sense, not just making sense. Must every body sleep and put head in the same direction.
It would have made sense and also show that those who made the dubious endorsement are for the interest of the Igbos. I say this because, no rational person in Igbo should be talking about PDP at this time considering that for the past years Igbos have given their all to pdp, we have gained absolutely nothing from that.

What the Igbos have gained and are still gaining from this government for just about 4 years now is far more than we had from the pdp for more than two decades they have been in power. So, who does that? For the first time the second Niger bridge is receiving allocation and actuall work being done with a specific date of completion. But the pdp have been showing us on paper for all the time they had and with Igbos being ministers for; works, finance, cordinating minister and other juicy ones, senate president, deputy senate president, SGF, and all manner of posts. Not to talk of roads and other infrastructure.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the endorsement was made by pdp members in ohaneze forum. they certainly did not speak for Igbos. Am I not a renowned Igbo man? Did they seek my opinion and that of other prominent Igbos before they made that careless statement?

So They and their families can vote for pdp while me and my family members will have accelerated voyage to the next level. I will only speak further on this when Somebody will make noise of marginalisation after the election.

How many people observe that Mary Odili will retire before this Tanko of a guy? All these things are already planned out, she no go smell am lai lai. I am very sorry but this is not Democracy. If Buhari had taken this type of action against his cabinet members that erred it would hv been better...... For me i do not support d Suspension, it all Politicking and Jonathan messed up big time.
The way some of you talk incoherently baffles me. That marry odili will not become the cjn because she will retire before the current one would be due, that it was all planned out like that so that she will never be in the office. Just listen to yourself. Tomorrow you start talking that someone is an illiterate.

So even the day she gained admission to study law, passed out from the university and law school, gained employment in the judiciary, ascended to supreme court and met the other judges in the supreme court were all planned such that before she progressed in any of the above, those who planned it will hurt her to make sure she doesn't derail from the predetermined ladder. If you people are not careful, you will set this country ablaze before you know it.

Do I really blame the man called buhari for all the undemocratic moves he has taken since 2015? No! The people I blame are the gullible Nigerians who voted for him in 2015. The NBA should do everything to resist this brazen impunity of govt not obeying court orders. The NLC and other trade unions should galvanize their members and declare a nationwide strike to protest this impunity. Nigerians should come out and be counted, and resist this. If you want your country to remain a country, this is the time to show you mean. Nigerians own this country collectively. This country is not buhari's father's property. Enough of all the nonsense.
Ranting of an old goat. Nigerians should come and be counted against their future. When he was doing it in secret he doesn't know the money belongs to Nigerians. Tomorrow you will tell me you are the one that is educated. Don't worry, this is political lesson one.
